the pool area is great. a lot of space. deep 9 foot pool and nice hot tub.

my door wasn’t able to lock when I left the room during my entire stay. I notified front desk and they said they would send a maintenance person. that never happen. my room never got cleaned. I had to personally go to desk to get fresh towels every day. also the shower in the pool area the shower handle was about to fall off. over all a nice place but the over all day to day maintenance is substandard. and rooms are not being cleaned daily. it wasn’t just me several other people complained about it also. this problem all falls on poor management. if there even is a hotel manager

Perfect location, visiting family member in nearby memory care hospital. Staff was great, motel was very quiet, breakfast was more than enough, internet worked great.

One problem, mom is 98 and the handicap accessible room we requested was GREAT, however the beds were so high she had to climb up into them ( not easy at 98) and for that reason she worried about falling trying to make her nightly bathroom runs. This worry kept us both up most of the night. I was surprised at the bed height when everything else in the room was wheelchair accessible.

Check in staff person was such a nice man. Efficient and friendly, rare these days. The beds were sooo comfortable and the room very quiet. Didn't hear a thing. I am a light sleeper so I rarely can sleep in motels. Very clean. The curtains blacked out the morning light perfectly. I very much appreciate being able to bring our quiet, well behaved young dog. We brought our own quilt from home, laid it on the bed and never let him down on the floor. He settled in for the night and didn't move. We all slept well. We were tired after a long day.

Not that they can change this but the barn door like door for the bathroom was super strange, didn't go all the way to the floor, and didn't close because it didn't fit. It slid around back and forth strangely. I suppose that is in style... but just, why? It was too small for the opening so about an inch opening on either side. Plus our dog was kinda scared of the sound it made sliding over, something too different maybe. But not a big deal.

it seemed short staffed, for example our room wasn’t ready to move into at 4 pm. should have been ready by three but too few cleaners. I don’t blame the cleaners, but it was disappointing to turn up late and not be able to check in. also there was a lot of black mould on the ceiling - also don’t blame the cleaners for that as that is a maintenance issue (and health hazard).

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Front desk staffer was excellent. Very friendly, efficient and helpful. Bed was the best on our road trip. Attached restaurant property Tavern 507 was a pleasant and fun place to unwind after a day on the road. Bartender was knowledgeable and easy going. Food was tasty.

Didn't have any issues. Possibly add some landscaping to the outside but overall quite satisfied with the experience.

Your staff is always so nice and willing to help. It feels comfortable during your stay. All in all, it's never a bad time. Good job.

Breakfast should be offered with any stay. There should be a laminated tv guide in the nightstand. I also feel that 2pm check in - 12pm (even 11:30am) check out would be much easier to work with. It would be useful if there was a mini dryer, or even a fan in each room for swimming suits and stuff to dry. The bathrooms need to have their own hand soap. (Not the shower soap) A different scent wouldn't hurt.

The staff listens well and are polite and understanding when things turn into a confusing disaster. Lol

Maybe should think about having maintenence-savvy person(s) do a good walk thru of all the rooms. Nothing big needs attending, but it would be beneficial.

Great! Everyone was very friendly. Lot of great food, great options to cover every ones needs. Loved the pool and hot tub. Room was beautiful, staff was great and friendly! Would highly recommend to our friends!!

I honestly could not complain about anything!

Our sink had leaky plumbing. Water on the floor. Faucet plug was broken. Very low water flow in shower. I tried to call the hotel regarding my reservation on at least three different occasions and no one answered the phone ever. I made several attempts and also checked the phone number. After several rings, it went to voice mail....but the mailbox was full!

We LOVED having connected, poolside rooms. It allowed us the extra space we needed and the flexibility to go insmd out of our room as needed.

Breakfast. Breaskast left a lot to be desired. We will need to figure out breakfast for our next stay. Also, the microwave in my room (106) didn't seem to work properly.
