The desk staff was very helpful and kind. Housekeeping was very friendly also. My room was clean. The bed was very comfortable! Had a nice desk area for me to work.

I was disappointed with the breakfast; it flavorless and everything seemed to have a spongey texture. There was never any meat, even when I got there early. Coffee was great and always available. There seemed to be a lot of people hanging out in the lobby who weren't staying in the hotel.

That they allow pets. That's a big 10 out of 10. That they have a washer and dryer that I'm able to use. The staff are amazing people. Very helpful. House keeping was very good. I have nothing negative to say about this place. I would recommend to all. Thank you

There was only one thing I could say that I didnt like ( but that's my opinion) was the biscuits and gravy they served for breakfast.

I liked that it has breakfast and a place where you can do laundry in the hotel. We had a huge room maybe a handicap room. We loved having the extra space so we're staying for 5 more nights. Staff are friendly and the hotel is very clean. I would recommend this hotel to many of my friends. We also had my dog with us, and he also loved the beds and hotel.

That check out is at 11pm. I wish it was a little later. I do understand the room has to be ready by 3pm. So I get it. It's only a wish.

Your breakfast offering has greatly improved since my last visit in March. Perhaps you listened to my constructive criticism from my last visit in March. On this visit I appreciated your staff cleaning up the garbage in the parking lot left behind by inconsiderate guests, and we found it convenient to walk our pet outdoors conveniently for doggy business. Your staff was highly accommodating to our requests and I still think there is potential for the lobby area to be made more warm and inviting in the future. Keep going team and see you again in the future!

Nothing negative to report about La Quinta Inn and Suits by Wyndham Minnetonka Mn. The Staff, housekeeping, the size of the room to cleanliness is at my standards. I'm picky!!! So, I would recommend this place everyone.

There is only one thing that is not at my standards about breakfast and that's the biscuits and gravy they're not like you make it home.

I liked how accommodating and understanding the staff where. They were exceptional with all things involved. I guess one of us must have slept well since I was told I was snoring. I would stay here again.

The darkness of the area. The hotel is hard to find especially at night since it is hard to see the sign. The breakfast food like the sausage and eggs weren't kept up with. Having to wait to be replenished.

Breakfast was very good. Good food, comfortable eating space.

Minutes after my arrival, the power went out. It came back on about 40 minutes later. The front desk person was unable to log onto the computer to check me in. I was finally checked in about 2 hours after my arrival.

My room was very clean and comfortable, and staff are welcoming and always helpful. I have stayed here several times over the past several years and keep retuning because I appreciate the consistency and location.

The quality of the hot food could be improved, but it was fine and overall, I appreciate the variety of food options.

The room was quiet, and I had not far to go for my purpose. I liked being able to see the parking lot from the room and the window was clean and openable. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.

Some breakfast items were out and had to wait to be replaced. Wished the TV were a little larger at least a 42 inch. The light switch was missing on one side of the bed so could not use that one. Had to ask for another box of Kleenex. The tub faucet doesn't quit dripping.

The room is big. Polite staff. The staff immediately went to meet us when we needed to leave early and returned the money. Good breakfast.

The entire hotel is non-smoking. But the bathroom always smelled of cigarettes. My husband and I hate this smell, it made us very uncomfortable. and one large towel was stained.
