Tru By Hilton Greenville

The property was clean and welcoming. They offer hot breakfast in the morning and coffee all day. The location was not in a crowded area. It is easy to access and get in and out of. There were also plenty of parking spaces in the front.

Honestly, I don’t think it’s worth the price. I’ve stayed in hotels that offered more that were less expensive. For example, the king room I stayed in was very small, with no closet or full sized ironing board, or even a microwave. I was expecting more based on what the price was. Also, the doors to the hotel rooms looked a bit worn. I was in room 112. The door doesn’t even close on its own. You have to close it extra hard to ensure it’s locked. The others looked similar.

The hotel was clean and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. Overall I had a great stay. I will be staying there on my next trip to Greenville.

The room didn't have a microwave and the room was small for the price of $181.50 for one night.

I had the best customer service in Greenville. Miss Rhonda was an absolute joy. She was the sweetest. We traveled for a wedding and, Rhonda was so refreshing to chat with. All of the staff was fantastic. I believe her name was Alicia, but she also was kind and recommended the local food spots. Thank you for a great experience. They all deserve raises you all work so hard. Thank you Greenville!

In general my stay was very good...the only aspect that I would comment on would be the overall cleaning of the bathroom...more attention to showers and the bottom of the toilet ( it had blood on it)

Upon arrival the staff were AMAZING! The ladies at the front were professional, polite and helpful. I travel to Greenville a lot and Tru Hotel by far is the best hotel yet. I made several mistakes during my booking and they called me to correct the mistake & they were so patient with me.

This hotel was very nice looking, but what sold me into staying was the way the young rep that checked me in took care of problem with room. She was very professional and address/solve problem. I will be traveling that way again and will choose TRU. Great job and thank you TRU Rep. LaTea.

The staff and room was nice!

No microwave in room... and I booked this room on booking. com and when we arrived the lady couldn't find our reservation and it took about a hr. to get a room because she said the confirmation number was not the same as the one we received! But she worked hard at getting us a room!

It’s a new facility not trashed yet. Decor is beautiful. Room has everything you need. Safe location. Nice people at the front desk.

Housekeeping staff lacking, halls needed vacuuming. The same piece of trash on elevator for the 2 days I was there. Broken piece in shower. But it was good for what it was. Housekeeping was nice but needs help and cart indicated they were using $1 store cleaning supplies. Also towels were extremely dingy, I even had a blue face towel in room and we were only given 3 towels. The blue face towel, a dingy off white bath towel and a dingy towel to put in front of the shower.

They need a business center but other than that the facility was clean, staff was nice and I will definitely stay there again. I'm a traveling nurse.

A business center to copy, scan, fax and print would be nice! Other than that there's a remote printer for printing small things but this was no use to me for what I needed.

I've stayed at many Hilton's and work for them so I know the standard of the company. This is the BEST HOTEL EVER AND THE BEST BREAKFAST!!!!!

The rooms are a little small and the beds were like full size, also I highly recommend getting baby cribs etc for smaller babies traveling.
