The layout of the hotel gives a cabin-like vibe that is different but also very beautiful and cozy. The staircase to the second floor instead of an elevator is also very appealing. I loved the location of my room and the ability to go in and out through the lobby or the back entrance of the room to the parking lot. I would love to stay here for an extended period of time in the near future.

It would have been really nice to have had a microwave in the room rather than at the end of the hall in which the entire floor of residents has access.

Breakfast was good and room comfortable! There is a nice in and outdoor pool and it is a quiet location even though it is so close to the interchange.

On arrival staff at reception was very unfriendly and couldn't be bothered to speak a little clearer and understandable even though it was officious that we were not American and possibly not familiar with the procedure. As first impressions usually count this messed things up quite a bit for us! We think it is a shame because it was all down to the lack of basic friendliness!

I liked plenty. I liked breakfast, the big comfy King bed, the bathroom, and the fact that there were two doors, two ways to leave the room. And it wasn't hard to find vending and ice machines.

I didn't like that there was no microwave in the hotel room. There was a mini fridge but no microwave. A microwave was located in the hallway outside the hotel room.

I’m old enough to remember when this (old Best Western) was one of the nicer hotels in town, back when I was a kid, that gradually diminished and became run down over the years. When I had to attend a funeral back home this weekend and did a search for a hotel, seeing how highly it was rated, I thought something must’ve been wrong. Nevertheless the price seemed to match the ratings, so I decided to give it a try. I was thrilled to learn the hotel has been completely renovated. The lobby was extra nice, the rooms were updated with modern decor, but most importantly, everything smelled completely new and clean! I love what they’ve done with the place! Not exactly the greatest location but definitely a super comfortable stay. Will definitely stay again!

The location isn’t the greatest. I wish there were more restaurants in the area.

yes, your kitchen staff Mrs. Davis and Mrs. Hazel were amazing. You definitely need to give them a raise. The food was awesome and their customer service was immaculate.

My room had a broken toilet. it was very hard to flush anything done. i was in room 123. I wish the sofa was bigger too. if the room is for 2 adults and one kids then you need a bigger sofa

The hotel itself was very decent. The room was very spacious and I appreciate the balcony from the room.

The breakfast, as served, was sub-par. Small variety and the breakfast host acted like a Naxi! "Put your gloves on, if you take anything out, it's $20 per plate" Very outrageous! Some people do like to get food and eat it in their rooms!

This was a nice hotel to have been renovated - good job. Staff at the front desk (only ones we encountered) were exceptionally nice and helpful. Unfortunately I didn't have time for breakfast and I suspect this was my loss. We will definitely use this location again if we need to stay in Greenwood overnight.

I like that the facilities were accommodating. It was nice to be able to enter our room from both outside and inside, which helps to keep the area quiet for other guests. I also saw someone cleaning all the time, even when we checked in around midnight.

There was nothing that really stood out that was bad.

The location was great. Everything was close by.

I upgraded to a balcony room with outside furniture. Did no room have the outside furniture but honeymoon suite room.
