Very congenial greeting and farewell at front desk. Your employees are top shelf! Super clean room. Well lighted parking area. Good breakfast and breakfast hostess was very nice. All plumbing worked as it should. Room was quiet and comfortable.

it isn’t the fault of Hampton Inn. The traffic engineers who laid out the city must have been on drugs. Local motorists gave NO Grace to newcomers trying to get into proper lanes. It was stressful. Evening (late afternoon) Traffic was crazy heavy. Again- not Hampton’s fault, but enough of an issue to make us think twice about a repeat stay.

the property was clean and comfortable. The little extras like the breakfast, complimentary happy hour and snacks were very appreciated. There were some nice updates in the room like USB ports to charge electronics. The ice machine worked and produced a lot of great ice. Everything was great.

We ran out of towels between two of us. our stay was 2 nights, so we had to ask for more. I was thinking we’d get some minor housekeeping to swap towels during our stay, but just ended up asking for more and an associate brought some in minutes, but said she couldn’t take the old wet ones away. That seemed strange and kept the bathroom cluttered, but we just managed around the pile of towels.

Initial impressions are very important. Shar was friendly, patient, helpful, courteous, and professional I noticed while waiting as she helped a couple before getting to my reservation. She is a credit to the operation.

Right now, looking back at my stay here, I cannot think of anything negative. The bed was comfortable-better than mine at home, the breakfast was hot-bacon, eggs, and biscuits that were probably baked on premises.

Everything about the hotel was great. The staff was super friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable and cool when we got to the room. The continental breakfast and coffee was really good. Sugar Free creamer would have been a plus but we made the best of what we had.

When I got there the clerk knew I had booked through a third party but said she would give me the better rate (I overheard her give a future customer the room rates) and my Military discount but that didn't happen and didn't know until I was back home and already charged.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and well set. It was in an ok location. We went to the Three Foot Hotel Rooftop Dining and our hotel was near by.

The breakfast was ok. I prefer my canadian bacon not to be swimming in water. Lol. I would have liked to have had bacon one of the three mornings we were there.

Room was clean, spacious and nice comfy king mattress with choice of soft and firm pillows. Enjoyed mini fridge and free breakfast and location close to interstate, restaurants and shops and gas stations. There's an outdoor pool, indoor workout space, and snack bar

You have to navigate north and south frontage roads getting to hotel off interstate but easy then to get to lots of choices to eat, shop if you forget anything, gas up, etc

The location was immediately off the highway and easy to find. Both the receptionist at check-in and the morning clerk were bright, welcoming, and helpful (unusual these days). Breakfast had sufficient choices. In the evening there was a "happy hour" in the lobby. The room was good size with a comfortable sofa as well as a comfortable side chair.

Nothing that I can add.

Breakfast was wonderful ! An had a picky child who ate well lol . An coffee available all the time was nice,beds where comfortable an loved the fact that accommodated my request for a bottom floor room.

Only issue at all was the free wifi was not good. Only other thing that would have been nice would have been maybe some donuts/or coffee cake out with the coffee that was available any time.

The kids in the pool at 7am and yelling. I will make sure to say don’t put me by the pool. I don’t mind the kid’s swimming but yelling outside my window at 7am woke me up. Other than that stay was great!
