The room we selected, which was one of the few available when we booked, was an amazing suite with a separate sitting room, kitchen area, and a jacuzzi tucked into an alcove between the bath and kitchen. I don't like jacuzzis right in the bedroom, so this was a pleasant surprise.

The parking, once we found it behind the building, isn't the most convenient since the hotel is on the main street with a lot of activity (and people) around at night. The tavern wasn't serving from its menu the night we stayed because there was entertainment in the outdoor dining area with a food truck-type arrangement there.

Spent the weekend in Hermann for a Bachelorette Party. Hermann Crown Suites is in the perfect location for easy walking to all the downtown shops and bars. We stayed in the Soda Pop suite and it could not have been more perfect for our stay. Super clean, comfy furniture and all the basic necessities were included. The 1837 cellar bar was our go-to both nights and everyone enjoyed the atmosphere, drinks and food!

This was our 2nd time staying with Hermann Crown. We love the area and the people who run the hotel. We liked the recent upgrades and plan to visit again next fall.

We stayed in the Brewery Masters Suite. It is a very nice room, but our shower did not work, the bed in the room next to the bathroom made noise every time we moved, and that room is very loud. I am a light sleeper so all the vehicles that have to stop at the 4 way, it made a late night and early morning.

Room was modern and clean, I liked that every unit paid historical theme and added some uniqueness. We stayed in the Sheriff's office and it had a framed sheriff jacket and cap which was pretty cool. Climate control was great and sheets were bright and comfortable mattress to sleep on. Will definitely return and would recommend it. Our breakfast was awesome, and fresh, plentiful selection, nice dining room with historic feel.

The property was exceptionally clean, centrally located and served a wonderful breakfast included in the price of the stay.

The size of the bathroom for our particular suite was very small and the 1837 bar did not serve food past 8:10 on a Friday night, despite having called to verify there would be food available for a late arrival. it meant we went without. To be fair, they were slow that night, so decided to close the kitchen early. However, even having a vending machine or something on premises would have been helpful.

The owner was so helpful and personable. I really appreciate when the person helping us is honest about their level of expertise when answering questions. The ambiance of the property made our stay an experience vs. just a bed to sleep in. Definitely check out the Cellar Bar and the outdoor patio.

The bed was extremely soft which was a little uncomfortable for our backs. We were in the Cycle room which had a door right to the street so the traffic noises at 4:00 am were a little annoying. There was a white noise device available in the room which probably would have helped if we would have thought to turn it on before turning in.

The staff was exceptional! Lisa assisted me with an early checkin and made sure I was happy with my accommodations! All the rooms are suites, comfy with everything you need, including bottled water and ground coffee in large container, like at home. It is a large, spacious property with suites in connecting buildings. There is a large patio outside with live entertainment and food served. There is a huge, old bar in the basement from years gone by with lots of choices of beverages! They have a full, hot, complimentary breakfast that I enjoyed. I am looking forward to my next stay and would highly recommend it!

I found this place while riding the Katy Trail but I always stop going from my Indiana home to visit my adult kids in Colorado. The hotel is in the cutest town of Hermann which is enough reason to stop for the night. The staff is excellent. I dropped my motorcycle and a delightful young lady on the staff helped me pick it up. That's how far she went out of her way. One of the best amenities is the live music which always has good local talent and the hotel buys you the first beer. Great place and I always like coming here whether traveling east or west.

Not much to dislike but if you like new it could be an issue. The old hotel is up to date and special.

Quiet rooms, once the live music finishes (was directly on the other side of the Arminius Room outer wall - luckily very few audience members on the patio). Staff is attentive and welcoming. Locked bike storage is a plus, with stairs to rooms making room storage difficult

The bike storage doesn't self -ock, leaving a chance that somebody might forget to lock it, or a stranger might follow a guest inside.

Breakfast was basic but very fulfilling. There were eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy. There was also different breads for the toaster. A wide selection of cereal and juices. Nothing made to order but it would give you a good start in the morning.

We didn't have anything negative to say about this location. We are planning to come back again when the weather is warmer and hopefully enjoy the patio between us and the hotel.
