The hotel was exactly as the pictures show. It was beautiful from the front door to the rooms.

I did not like not knowing about the $100 deposit on the room. I thought that is why the use of the credit card is on file if the rooms are damaged that they charge the card and alleviate putting money up front. That can crate a problem for those that do not have an additional $100 on top of what they have paid for their rooms.

Everything was pretty cozy, staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Beds were comfy the rooms were pretty nice. Nice little hotel super close to WoF which wasn't our reason for staying but none the less made me want to come back and stay to go to WoF!

The bathroom door handle kept coming off, but it went right back on. The only other thing was housekeeping barged in our room without knocking shortly after we checked into our room, which was kind of odd.

The breakfast was amazing! There was a hot buffet with more selection than most motels have...plus a lovely yogurt bar with lots of toppings! There was also fresh fruit, breads and pastries and waffles with toppings too....not to mention the hot and cold cereal! The motel is probably an older one , but has been renovated and is very clean,..nice updates!

The breakfast room was quite small...but it was clean and sunny! The water pressure in the shower could have been better.

It was very very clean! I could smell the cleanliness soon as we walked in the door. Staff was friendly and room was amazing! Huge comfortable bed! Love the shades in the room and mirrors in the room😍Huge tv as well!

Nothing! everything was great! Only thing was that when we got to our room, the remote was missing. Called the front desk and they said if they can find one they would bring it up but they never did that. Good thing i was smart enough to use the buttons on the tv otherwise this would’ve made our stay terrible with no tv :(

The A/C worked really well and the bed was more comfortable than I thought it would be when I first laid down. My son used the sofa bed and he was even able to get a good night's sleep with the thin springy mattress.

Found out they didn't clean out the mini fridge when we found old leftover boxes in it. I told the front desk that I put them in the hall because I didn't want the room to smell and they were still there the next morning when we checked out. It made me wonder how closely they cleaned everything else...

the property didn’t have any towels at the pool area because they ran out. The staff said that they haven’t had any towels washed. Sadly we had to walk back to the room wet. The breakfast was ok only. The staffs need to double check the food because my husband got some potatoes and it wasn’t cooked throughly and It was still cold. The juices were water down, it has no taste.

Very clean. Staff provided smile upon reception and made us feel welcome. We did not eat breakfast there but purchased our lunch at a business and ate in the breakfast area, which was very accommodating.

Did not see anything we did not like. The elevator was small but the four of us easily fit in without our luggage. The rooms appeared to have been recently updated and were very attractive. Appreciated the comfort.

There was enough yogurt, milk, coffee, muffins, bagels, toast, cereal some oranges, etc fot breakfast. I liked the variety of flavored creamers. The beds were soft and comfy. The shower worked well. Nice TV. Nice big bath towels. Nice little soaps, lotion, hair shampoo & conditioner. (Did not need, but saw the coffee and ice stuff available)

The breakfast on Saturday AM was OK, but another customer said that on Friday breakfast was exceptional because a different girl had made up the Waffle batter and made it correctly and kept the scrambled eggs container full. For us, on Saturday AM, the batter was too thick to pour, the scrambled eggs dispenser was only full of a few scraps and the juice dispenser was out of order...only water came out. We were only here Friday night to Saturday AM.

Great location, value, rooms

I told a clerk that the pool water was cloudy and that the pool room smelled like excrement; I said the pool was not safe to swim in. He was dismissive; he said the pool is always looks like that. If it is truly always cloudy, that is bad news for your hotel. A pool manager is needed so the pool won't be so disgusting.

Good price and location, best COVID breakfast we’ve had (night 13 in hotels on a road trip across the US), room was comfortable. Tons of outlets in room

Couch in suite was in need of replacing, window blinds was broken, run/shower had chipped paint so we didn’t use it. The pool had a sign saying closed by order of health department but there were people swimming in it. Took clerk 15 minutes at check-out, she couldn’t find my info or reservation even though I gave her my reservation number and the room key…I checked-in with zero issue but getting out was a hassle.
