The staff was ready and waiting for us when we checked in. We received a nice little packet with our wifi password enclosed so that we did not have to ask. Room was clean and roomy. There were two chairs so each of us could have a seat rather than one of us having to sit on the bed. Plenty of hot water and nice shower. Thank you! Couldn't understand why this very accommodative stay was only given a 2 star rating on the website. It wasn't luxurious but it was very comfortable!

No little coffee maker in room.

I liked that i wasnt bothered at all. And i also liked the convenience of being right next to stores and restaurants.

The price... Especially how you're charged for a full 24 hour day even when you come in at 9 or 10pm.... Wasnt real thrilled about paying $170 for a day and a half....

The ladies were awesome and very sweet! The room was clean. The last night we were there we were using the sink and it had a broken pipe they had a little bucket under it. Water went all over the floor the front desk said we could change us rooms but wasn't going to do that for 8hrs left to be there. They were so kind and awesome!

That the pool wasn't open after a long day.... so disappointing.

My daughter in law and sons room had a sticky bug trap in the corner of the floor with bugs and a baby Lizzard on it. I feel it could’ve been cleaned up first

Absolutely wonderful amount hot water for showers for everyone. Fast check in time.

I checked in with animals and was told by the cleaning staff that we were in a room that was supposed to be for no pets.

Great for the price - and not much else in Mountain Grove, MO anyway. Basic place to get some rest and not pay a price like we paid the night before in Springfield, MO. Just depends on your expectations. We'd stayed there before a couple of years ago and had no complaints then or now.

Parking lot was an added feature I didn't expect - if I'd known I'd have brought my rock crawler Jeep instead of my suburban econobox car. Interesting to meander around the piles of broken up rock/asphalt. Am sure that was just a temporary thing but it did prevent anyone else from parking too close to our car.

They did not bother us and I felt reasonably safe

Strong smell of hospital disinfectant pervasive on the entire property (and myself the rest of the day I checked out. I get wanting to be clean, but it isn't Axe bodyspray or something. A little goes a long way and many people are put off by that smell). Parking lot is very rough, and a recent fire had destroyed several of their rooms and it just looked like crap - but I do understand fires are not necessarily in their control and it does seem that they are working on rebuilding or whatever).

We have been staying here the second weekend of May through October for the past 3 years. Granddaughters participate in the Willow Springs horse shows and we stay here because 1) Cheaper than closer motels, 2) Close to local dining and shopping (Country Mart, gas and grocery store about 100 yards up the road), 3) Clean and very adequately equipped with Cable TV, small fridge and microwave in room. Not a 5 star but very nice for the money. Only problem is a few times I had to get a new key, electronic locks sometimes didn't like the first one

A few room doors could use new weatherstripping, can see light around the door. Some toilets seem to be shorter than others, maybe for small children, not a big problem.

Soft drink machines were empty/unkept. Had a slight problem with the door key, but the staff was willing and did take care of the problem.

I didn't take advantage of the breakfast so I can't give an opinion. What I liked most was how big and spacious the room was. And that the room must have been recently remodeled.

There were a few cosmetic issues left over from the remodel.
