I loved my bed! Very comfortable. I kept the thermostat set on 75 cool and it was perfect. My room faced east, which is my favorite because I enjoy the sunrise. The toiletries in the bathroom smelled wonderful and I enjoyed using them both days. I had plenty of towels and washcloths and didn't have to ask for extra. Also, I loved that you had oatmeal on the breakfast bar. That's my favorite of all breakfast foods.

The desk chair showed signs of wear and tear. The faux leather was peeling off the seat in several places, but it was perfectly comfortable to sit in while at the desk. There was no way to fully close the drapes. The window was outfitted with sheer panels that could open or close, and then decorative drapes on the outer edges. The drapes were floor length and were not designed to be closed or else the heating/cooling system would be obstructed. I realize nobody is looking in my window on the third floor of the hotel, but it was mildly unsettling at nighttime, nevertheless.

Breakfast was good. It was so clean & staff was very attentive & thoughtful. Refilled items as needed & kept everything fresh!!

By the time I got downstairs to breakfast; the. vanilla creamers were low. But I know if I had asked staff would of refilled for me. My stay was excellent.

Nicole checked up in and was so friendly. She has the best customer service that I have seen in a very long time. We were traveling to attend my dads funeral and she really made this better for us. She had mo idea of our troubles, but I know GOD put us in the right hands for a goodnight rest to prepare for our next day. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was the best at an hotel we have stayed at. The morning staff were nice to. Thank you for giving your heart in soul into ruining a business with the customer in mind.

it is clean, quiet and professionally run.

we had a little trouble with a motorcycle group this time coming in in the middle of the night. not their fault, their bikes are just very loud. Otherwise, this has become our “home” when visiting “home.”

Excellent breakfast, especially the fried potatoes. Very comfortable beds.

1. The bathroom needs an exhaust fan. 2. Would have liked to have the room cleaned after night one.

the linens and the PILLOWS here are 13/10. the staff were exceptionally friendly. our room was huge, it was much better than I expected. hands down the best option in Poplar Bluff, I’ve stayed in the Holiday Inn, the Comfort Inn, and the Drury Inn. the Hampton beats them all.

Very slow elevators. The wifi was great but the TV wouldn't allow me to attach my Hdmi cable to my computer. The set up feature on the TV remote wouldn't come on.

Great location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great staff! Recommend it!
