How all the workers are very nice with patients, explained things well. Very polite. Mrs Jean the lady at the service desk is very helpful .

1st room stayed in had a very very bad odor and I had my own personal cleaning things still had a bad smell. I was able to switch rooms, 2nd room alot better. And how the side door wasn't locking and people would leave open with a brick. Not good especially through the night my opinion.

Newly remodeled presentation was nice. Breakfast is always good. Wish there were chocolate chips for the waffle mmmm my favorite. Still good eating though without them.

The heavyset guy at the desk in the mornings is so rude! He always so grumpy. Not very welcoming. Almost puts someone like me in a bad mood. My family doesn't want that so I know he definitely doesn't want to see me on the warpath of destruction. It gets ugly!

The room was quiet. I especially appreciated the breakfast options, waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, cereals, juices. Very well done. Only thing missing was yogurt. Thanks.

The parking lot and surrounding area need some cleanup. You have a great hotel. The outside presentation needs to show that as well. Oh yes, the smoke alarm was missing. Keep smiling! 😊

The staff acted as though it were an inconvenience to check us in, didn't even tell us where our room was located until we outright asked. The hot and cold water in the shower was backwards so to turn the water low enough for hot you lost a lot of water pressure.

How the staff are very polite and nice, especially a lady name well I say Mrs Jean very very pleasant lady..

How people's kids be upstairs running and jumping around in the rooms during sleeping hours, but it's a place of business..no worries.

I liked the remodeling they did to their rooms and how cleaner it seemed compared to the last time I had stayed with super 8.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, good location and the woman who checked me in was really nice.

Breakfast left a bit to be desired. I ended up only having coffee. The guy at the desk when I checked out was a dud.

There was good staff and had a good breakfast selection. Their rooms are for the most part clean. They are working on renovation right now and you can tell but what they are fixing is making it look really nice. They beds were for the most part comfortable.

That there was a lot of people being loud in the halls through a lot of the night. Their pillows are really flat so bring your own.

Clean room, good location, reasonable price.

The check in process. They quoted one price during reservation and when I arrived I had to pay more. I was told it was for Mo. tax for the coliseum👀

Parking was a little trying and I couldn't see Hotel sign got confused and went to wrong place. Not marked well with entrance.
