The room was clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. I personally liked the location because it was off the beaten path a little but still close enough to everything to make it easy to get to what you want to do. The lake was very pretty. You could tell it was an older property and it did need some work but it was definitely being worked on to make improvements.

The parking areas were mostly on the side of the building and you couldn't see your vehicle from the room. There weren't any decorations in the room and the curtains were worn and the hems were coming out. There wasn't any air circulation in the bedroom part of the suite.

It was spacious, clean, more than. I expected. I wish I could have arrived earlier to enjoy my stay even more. As it was 1 am after driving allbday and night so. I only had time for sleep and a shower.

Since I slept in. I didn't make it to breakfast. I asked for coffee, but there was none. I just thought that there should be some sort of complimentary coffee stand by the front desk. Or coffee pots in to rooms to make your own.

We really liked the room.it was more than enough space for everyone! We got the king suite and the two queen beds queen suite with the living room in between them both.

The ice machine was broken and the t.v wasn't worth watching but that's not what we where there for anyways. Also the place could use some upgrades! But overall our stay was great.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The value was excellent - we got a 2-queen suite for $69! The room was quiet and comfortable.

Breakfast - waffle maker was out of order, and the pastry shelf was almost empty, so pretty much all that was available was cold cereal. Better than nothing, but more variety would have been nice. The remote for the TV didn't work. The smoke detector in our bedroom was missing. There was no hair dryer.

Room was very large and clean. The building is located far enough away from interstate 55 that it seems to be totally isolated from hi-way noise.

Television had very little news broadcast channels and the only one that they had that worked somewhat was plagued with the screen freezing about every three seconds for a second or two and then problem would repeat. Person at desk apologized and said cable supplier was scheduled to work on the system the following day.

Location is a converted apartment complex, so plenty of room in the suite. Room was clean. Breakfast was ample (cereal, waffle, juice, coffee). Price was very reasonable.

Bed wasn’t the most comfortable (a bit on the form side but not horrible). Furnishings were a bit sparse for the space available, but functional.

Had a girls weekend with 1 daughter and 3 teen granddaughters and we truly enjoyed ourselves. Staff was great, breakfast was so so but rooms and location was great. Very nice hotel. Will book again.

Breakfast was ok but could be better. We don't eat lil Debbie's for breakfast. But coffee was good

The location was good the size of the room was amazing and the shower was great.

Breakfast Was practically nonexistent and it was something we look forward to so we didn’t have to where to eat. I believe the properties to be updated somewhat especially the exterior and the courtyard outback. Some of the windows were foggy looking and the landscaping needed attention.

They have a very friendly staff. Was a good value for the money with size of room and price point.

Broken mirror, couch stains, ironing board in very poor condition, overall fit and finish a bit lack luster.

Ice machine wasn't working. Comforter on bed had unclean spots.water in bathtub took awhile to get hot.not all lights in room worked.elevator was rough
