I liked most the lighting, the location, the pool and spa, the in-room hot tub, and the cleanliness. I also loved the kind and accommodating staff and the delicious breakfast.

I wish there had been better ventilation in the bathroom. it got super steamy and there was no fan we could manually adjust. (They told us that they are going to renovate that soon). It also seemed like the air conditioner was leaking a little because there were some wet spots on the carpet near it. (We told them and they said they will do something about it). The stay just didn’t seem worth the expensive price, though It was wonderful overall. :)

Breakfast was excellent and breakfast room was clean and stocked and staffed if you needed something. Worth the value. Stayed in hotels in Alabama and Georgia that were 30-40 more a night and half as nice. Very pleased.

Maybe better parking? Idk it was pretty perfect.

The staff members were helpful, professional, and very willing to do what they could to meet a need or solve a problem. They were very good ambassadors for the hotel. I appreciated the fact that the hotel was very clean, and the location was good for my trip.

The food, by and large, was a C+. I don't expect a lavish spread at any hotel, but with just a little more effort the food offerings could be really good. If necessary, don't offer as many choices, but make them better. The food was really the only aspect of the hotel where there's room for improvement.

Great location. Love the kickback in the evening. And a special thank you to Reyn on the front desk. We don't walk well anymore and she got us the perfect room, close to everything. It was great.

The mattresses are ready to be replaced. It was ok, but these old bones feel everything. They could have been a little softer.

Rooms were clean and comfortable and pretty quiet considering it was full capacity with families. Staff greeted us as soon as we came through the door, listened to request and did their best to accommodate request. We enjoyed the connecting rooms with little ones, kept everyone out of the corridor. Food was excellent, hot and flavorful, food staff very nice. We will definitely recommend this Drury to others and we will definitely stay here while visiting the Springfield, MO area!

Well we just had a really good experience so no complaints from us!

Call my kids a big party was amazing. I took them with me so everything was great. I found everything that they need a bigger satisfied.

For me, I like to have a chicken option some time for breakfast because everybody doesn’t eat pork I like chicken strips to go along with my breakfast in the morning

It was spectacular that they were able to accommodate the buffet style breakfast safely because of COVID, most hotels have been doing paper sack breakfasts which are terrible. It was above my expectations. When we first arrived we were told their was an error and the website bookings.com overbooked their hotel. They spent about 30 minutes of their time calling surrounding hotels trying to get us a room, luckily something occurred and they were able to find a room in the hotel that just needed a couples minutes to clean and they were able to get us in. They went above and beyond when it came to making it up for the troubles we had that I was not disappointed at all.

it was clean and close to interstate

when I booked reservation I put in a request for top floor away from elevator! I received notice saying they could honor that decision. When we checked in we were away from elevator but not on top floor! I’m such a light sleeper that is only reason for request! Disappointed that they said the would honor request and then didn’t!!

we liked the cleanliness, the security, the staff, and how all around nice and comfortable everything was.

the only thing we didn’t like about the property is where it was located but the hotel provided much security so we felt safe.
