We loved everything about our stay. The hotel is right in the mountain village. We booked a studio room and we thought the price was great. When we arrived, we were surprised with an upgrade into a one- bedroom suite, which was huge and beautiful. The decor is fun all throughout the hotel. The staff were kind, welcoming and helpful. We even got evening turn-down service. We enjoyed a complimentary breakfast that was so delicious. Everything about our stay brought us joy!

Room was wonderful, of course the location is superb, scenic lifts and hikes were a pleasant surprise, and dinning at Chet's, while a bit over budget, was top notch.

The bed. Almost slept on the couch because the bed was so uncomfortable. Too firm in all the wrong places, even a half dozen extra pillows didn't help. We fitfully slept about 5 hours each night and had to take naps on the couch during the day.

The condo was very spacious and nicely laid out with adequate storage space. we had a slope side view and a fireplace. The Murphy bed turn down service at night was a wow. We loved the pool and hot tub. Staff were helpful, prompt, kind snd gracious always. It was a pleasure to stay there. loved the included laundry. it was truly a ski in ski out- convenient and safe ski storage too.

The room temperature was not quite controllable by guests. As a result, we had trouble sleeping well due to the room being too warm.

Beautiful property, great location, great breakfast and the host/hostess and waitstaff at Chet’s were outstanding, all the staff at the big blue ski lift were informative, friendly and patient with me as I was trying to overcome my fear of heights.

We went to their pizza restaurant and it took 45 minutes to get a pizza and it was burnt. The guy said he could make another one but there was no way we were waiting another 45 minutes. We spoke to the manager of the restaurant facility and he said that’s how they cook their pizzas. Really?!?! We asked to have our trash picked up in our room because it was overflowing and requested an ice bag, they said they’d take care of it and no one ever showed up. Other than that, it was a good trip.

Breakfast was fabulous. Access to lift and hike- down was wonderful. Accommodations were excellent overall.

Had trouble finding where to check in and had to leave car in area under threat of being towed. Eventual assigned parking a ways from our lodge. There was a lot of construction noise and dust being stirred up. All the on-site food choices were exorbitantly expensive. If not for the fabulous included breakfast, my opinion would have been considerably less positive.

The property has an AMAZING view! The staff was friendly, informative and happy to help. Everything was clean. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of towels.

they were multiple Mountain View units empty but they didn’t change our unit when we asked for it!

Wonderful mountain and well designed and provisioned with trails and lifts.

Minor issues with the room including a bad latch on the shower door.

Breakfast wasn't that great. We would have preferred a continental breakfast or buffet

more comfy bed. For the money, a wall bed wasn't that great.
