Super 8 by Wyndham Big Timber

We paid for another night longer than we stayed(we booked for four nights but only stayed three) but were refused a refund because we booked with Expedia and there was no way that they could refund the extra night. It seems to me that there must be some way to accomplish that. I think that the desk clerk was just being lazy. Our stay was otherwise just fine.

I liked that they had hot breakfast and while it was only as tasty as you might expect from a hotel lobby breakfast I appreciated it very much. Loved the bed and specifically pillows, sleeping was a dream. Fresh cookies were a nice homey touch.

The heat was a little rattly and inconsistent but I could usually get it to a comfortable temperature. I also thought it was a little expensive for an economy chain; I stayed for three nights and it was $350. But it was a very pleasant stay with a friendly staff who was always around.

The breakfast was disappointing, not their usual hot buffet. The price was horrible!!! I could have stayed in a four star hotel for this price. Just because you can get this type of money from travelers, doesn't make it right, ....it makes it greedy and opportunistic. Shame on you! And shame on Montana for allowing all the hotels to hike up their charges when nothing is better or improved. I had to attend a family funeral otherwise I would not have come to Montana.

This is a Super 8 not the Ritz or the Hilton or a better quality of hotel, so you are charging a price that is way above the quality provided. Shame on you.

Clean, comfortable room. The night and day staff were so friendly and accommodating. The staff appeared to wear many hats, but they were always positive.

It was pretty spendy for a Super 8, but it was also better than ones we've stayed in before.

The hotel was in a good location and perfect for me travel through. The breakfast they had was good for how some are handling the covid regulation.s

It was by the freeway and train tracks, so there was some noise, but it wasn't too bad. It didn't bother me. The room was okay but seemed a little older and had a few stains.

Breakfast was good. Location was good. Very nice rooms and decor.

Too close to busy railroad tracks. Freeway noise was not noticeable, but the loud train horns were annoying. Seemed a bit overpriced.

Location was good and their was a variety for breakfast.

We had to pay quite a bit more than usual for a super 8 motel because of a football game. All the other hotels were either booked or the same price so we had no choice

Very friendly staff. Great pause on the road. Large rooms, big beds, great handicap facilities. Loved the town. We went for their weekly rodeo in August - SO much fun! Great breakfast down the street at the Grand Hotel. My Mom and I slept so soundly at the Super 8.

The area felt safe. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The whole place is clean and fresh. While not serving a hot breakfast yet, they still had a large variety of items to microwave, as well as cereals, yogurts, juice, coffee, etc.

Super soft water makes rinsing in the shower a challenge, but that's the community not the hotel.

Rooms were very comfortable

Surprised that I didn’t see an elevator even though I didn’t need one. I imagine that someone who couldn’t climb the stairs would be assigned to a first floor room.
