So you have to understand, you are in TOURIST land. EVERYTHING IS RIDICULOUSLY PRICED. Using that metric, this was QUITE the deal!!!!!! Location could not be beat for East Glacier, you do not have to deal with the mess and NIGHTMARE crowds that plague West Glacier and that area. You do not get the choices of West Glacier, Whitefish, and Kalispell BUT you get a MUCH more relaxed vacation. The only comparable lodgings in East Glacier area other than VRBO types is the lodge, but then you are looking at $400 more PER NIGHT LOL, and that is REALLY ridiculous for what you get!!!!. It is next to some REALLY good restaurants, no REALLY!!! Phenomenal food, right behind hotel.

You get a clean room, very pleasant staff and INCREDIBLE location for visiting the park. THATS IT!!!!!! NO REALLY, NO ICE, room is VERY SPARTAN, bed is comfortable, you get a fridge, Wall Unit AC. For the price it is laughable BUT YOU ARE about 15-20 min from GLACIER NATIONAL PARK!!!!!!

This place ended up to be way more than I expected from a small town motel! That's in a positive way that is! The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Everything worked really well. Very hot water! Great water pressure. Microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker. Very soft bed, albeit a little tall. I would recommend this place, especially for its close proximity to Glacier National Park entrances on the east side. 😀

No real complaints. Only 1 suggestion; another mirror, this one on the inside of the bathroom door.

William was very nice to wait up for us when our train was very late! Thanks! We talked to people who stayed at Glacier Lodge (where we wanted to stay) and it sounded like our accommodation were much better. The lobby and restaurant at the Glacier Lodge were beautiful, but it sounded like guest rooms were not!

There towels were mis-matched. Some were nice and thick and others were thread bare. Not a lot of soundproofing ibetween floors, but thats not uncommon in older laces.

Staff: 1) Women behind desk at approx 3:40 PM was extremely rude when she barked at us that check-in was not until 4 PM! 2) Young girl behind desk at 4:45 PM was pleasant although she was crying to which I commented "is everything ok" she responded "I'm just having a bad day" and I told her "hope it gets better". After we left the office, my Hubbie said her bad day was likely related to "drugs" as she appeared to be experiencing a "low" from coming down off meth

There wasn’t a breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I received an email a couple days before we arrived that stated if we didn’t check in by 6 pm our room would be given away. When we arrived (at 2:45 pm) there was a note on the door that said to call a number. When I called this number the man told me to go somewhere for 15 minutes and come back. A woman came to check us in. She was very kind but didn’t know how to take care of us.

It is close to Glacier Park Lodge (opposite side of road), just across from the rail station (Amtrak). It is quiet inside, well equipped and far cheaper than Glacier Lodge. You can pay with card. There is a restaurant in the back of the motel and a small but well equipped grocery store (they even have souvenirs and books). There is coffee machine in the room!

Doors in the toilet would probably need some repair.

This was our 2nd stay with Circle R. Our Studio cabin was perfect! I have food issues, and its just easier to do my own cooking. The small kitchen was perfect for this. Toilet started leaking on our first night there, we reported it the next day, and it was promptly fixed. This was our 2nd stay in the cabins - I liked the studio better than the 2 bedroom. We'll be back next time we are this way.

Wouldn't says it was a dislike, only a drawback - lack of wi-fi/internet, but it's rural Montana, so not unexpected. They do have DVD player, so I'd bring your own DVD, or be able to hook your Laptop of HDMI to watch downloaded movies if that's you're thing. My guess is you'll be outside most of the time anyway.

The motel was clean and quaint. The beds were comfy and the room was very clean. The best part was the girl at the desk who's name was Hal. She was so sweet and nice and knowledgeable about the area. She even offered us a ride back to the train station in her truck since I have a breathing issue and the sidewalk was steep. Thank you again Hal!

A small thing, but the pillows were very tall!!!

Location was very convenient to the highway and hikes planned in East Glacier. Very quiet. Air conditioner worked well. Refrigerator was large and clean. The place was a comfortable size for three adults. Small grocery store close by.

Kitchen could have been better stocked. There were very limited cooking vessels. There are lots of mosquitos in the area so screens on windows would have been nice. No internet service in the cabins, but very weak service was available in the main hotel a couple of blocks away.

Cabins are outside of town and very quiet. 2 bedroom cabin was spacious and it was great to have two bedrooms AND two bathrooms! Very close to Two Medicine area of Glacier National Park, close to Browning for grocery shopping, and only an hour from St Mary's entrance to the park.

Refrigerator and freezer did not seem very cold, would have been nice to have ice cube trays, and a few more pans and a cookie sheet for cooking things in the oven. Door handle and lock was broken the first day, but was fixed by the second night, and the deadbolt worked just fine.
