Staff was pleasant, helpful, polite. Rooms were clean. Pool and hot tub functioning, including access to a shower/restroom from the pool area. Nice laundry area, only $1 each machine, very reasonable and clean. Walking distance to a cafe that had good food.

Hallway carpet could use better vacuuming in the corners. Beds were comfortable but too soft for my liking. Bedding was clean but very warm. Breakfast didn't start until 6:30. We planned road time with a 6am breakfast. While none of this is bad, it was the only downfall.

If I could give this hotel 20 STARS - I would!!!!! This new hotel is FABULOUS! Just off the interstate in Glendive, MT. Extremely CLEAN and JUST IMMACULATE! HUGE rooms with approx. 16 ft ceilings provide great space and spacious feel to stretch out - all laid out for a fantastic stay!!! Very comfortable beds and wonderful pillows too, gave us a great night of rest after driving all day across Montana! And it had the BEST shower of ANY hotel we stayed at in all our travels! Nice pool and hot tub, and the fitness room was good too. The breakfast was wonderful and the dining room felt cozy with beautiful decor. Their staff was all very friendly and helpful too! We’ve been all over out West and this hotel is TOPS! Stop searching and book this hotel!! You’ll LOVE it and be so glad you did!! And THAT is a PROMISE!!

room felt a little small.

The hotel was nice, clean and quiet at night which we like. Our room was very clean and comfortable! They were just restarting there actual hot breakfast the next morning but we had planned to go to a cafe we had been too before when we were in that town. Their coffee was pretty good as well. We'll probably stay again sometime.

When we checked in no one was at the desk; I had to go to a house phone and wait for someone to come. When I was checking out, some one was standing & talking in the office doorway, she finally looked at me but didn't tell anyone I was there, just turned her back again. I had to wait a while longer for service.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location, near the freeway, but noise was not a problem. Staff were helpful and the free breakfast was very good. Room was clean and comfortable.

concrete at front door is raised up about an inch. painted yellow to note the trip hazard but why not just break out that small section and do it right? sooner or later someone is going to get hurt.

At the time of our stay the pool and hot tub was out of order. It was a major dissapointment to my family.

The breakfast was not our favorite as no toast, pancakes, waffles or cereal. The hard boiled eggs looked really old and wilted. The cinnamon rolls were really good though. If you like biscuits and gravy it would be good for you, but unfortunately we don’t and therefore there wasn’t much else.

Jacuzzi was closed and breakfast wasn’t good, other than the cinnamon rolls.
