The breakfast had many choices for adults and children. Well prepared and presented. Lots of choices, and the staff was very accommodating. Wonderful pool area and the setting near the river was wonderful.

The only thing I noticed in the pool area was that the surface around the pool was slippery when wet, I almost slipped getting out of the pool and caught myself on the handrail.

The property is beautiful, rooms are amazing and it’s so convenient that the pool and spa is open 24/7. Really nice to be able to go down and access it when no one else is in there!

The miscommunication between the property and (booking.com online agent) helping me with extending my stay @ the property. Don @ the property asked Carlos to call him back in 30 minutes because he was checking in people & had people on the phone on hold; Carlos never called him back therefore causing us a whole mess of issues extending our stay which was inconvenient, cost us more money and we ended up having to switch rooms (WAS NOT HAPPY)

The breakfast was exceptional. It had something for everyone. The eggs were a little dry, but the fresh blueberries for the waffles made up for that. Great coffee and loved the cookies in the evening.

The pool room was excessively warm. Too warm to take a dip in the inviting pool.

I loved the location because of it's access to the Bitterroot River. My husband and I stayed here some years ago and I remembered walking to the river. Breakfast was excellent and having cookies available is always nice.

I felt it was a little over-priced, but since Covid I haven't travelled much, so I have nothing to compare it with. It's a lovely property. The ponds look stagnant, which isn't an attractive view.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I booked an initial night with Booking.com and found that I needed to stay another night. The front desk staff went out of their way to allow me to remain in my room and to facilitate my extended stay. They were very gracious and accomodating about letting my grandchildren (who live locally) use the pool. The breakfast was well stocked and the eating area was as clean as the rest of the facilities.

There really wasn't a negative thing to say about my stay. The breakfast time started at 7:00 a.m. Most hotels start their breakfast time at 6:00 a.m. This in no way affected me, but that is the only thing that I can think of that might not accommodate some early-risers.

I like everything about Bitterroot River Inn! The location is phenomenal....very scenic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The free breakfast in the morning is outstanding too. My husband and I stay here quite often for a night or two quick getaway and have never had a bad experience. Thank you Bitterroot River Inn for making us feel so welcome all the time!

Great location, beautiful place, nice big room with great design, good breakfast. Great dinner next door. Main staff was great, just one rude girl at checkout that didn’t want to be bothered.

That one lady at the desk when I checked out that didn’t want to be bothered to come to the desk and was rude.

Restaurant next door, the Edge, poor quality food, waited 20 minutes to get a drink or even have a server come by. Comment by server, " Oh, I didn't know you were my table". It was close to closing.

Very comfortable room with sofa and bath. Small kitchen was useful.

Breakfast was repetitious and once again there is the plastic cutlery and plates. Don’t these hotels care about the environment?

A sports bar right next to the hotel with decent food and beers and a view. Room was clean and had enough space.

A bit far from downtown, otherwise ok. The price however was quite steep for what you get and where you are... paid almost as much as for the hotel near Yellowstone...
