The breakfast was supervised by a lady call Patty (I think) who greeted everyone with a delightful "Good Morning" There was a good choice of plenty of basics well presented - anyone who went hungry only had themselves to blame :-)

I stayed on two occasions the first time was on top floor and a real struggle to carry suitcase up to the room as no elevator. The second visit was ground floor and much easier.

I thought the breakfast was fine. Good selection. And the hostess seamed to stay on top of everything during the small rush while I was eating to keep everything filled.

Too bad the card coder went done so the staff had to hustle to open doors when ever we came back to our rooms. Causing only a slight inconvenience. Do you take AARP?

Very basic but more than adequate- serviced by lovely staff.

I stayed twice on first occasion n fist floor, on second occasion the ground floor . The difference highlighted the need for a lift - I struggled to take suitcase upstairs - maybe reception should arrange assistance ? .

This property has really been improved since I was last here. Much cleaner and smelled great.

Due to a snafu with Booking.com not having the right number for the hotel, I was unable to change my dates and paid over $100 for a night I didn't stay. Booking.com will only call the number on file (understandable). The asst manager tried to get it updated but the confirmation email to change it was sent to the old managers email that no one has access to. Really sucked.

Large rooms, comfortable beds, clean everything, great staff.

Didn't get here an hour earlier in the storm coming up from Utah. Nothing like a great place to stay instead of lumpy beds-halfway painted rooms, and semi cleaned bathrooms at other places.

Hotel was clean. Room was clean and had good flow. June, front desk attendent stayed busy and was helpful. Breakfast was good. Coffee availability was nice. Decent creamer selection.

Convince store connection seemed a bit sketchy and unsafe. Door didn't latch on own. No swimming pool/hot tub

Nice, clean facility. It was hot when we arrived, nearly 100 degrees. In the A/C lobby there was ice cold water available. The ice machine off the lobby was convenient to load our cooler the next day. The fitness room was nice and clean. Good to get a workout in after a day of sitting while driving. Good restaurant across the street and other options nearby. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice buffet breakfast, adequately supplied. New fluffy towels in bath.

some ,not all , of the front desk staff fairly clueless… my reservation was totally messed up and I called twice before arriving to make sure our needs were to be accommodated

The location is great, right on the main North-South road through Hamilton. The inside of the hotel is much nicer than you would expect, based on exterior. The entire inside looks recently updated. The room was very nice, clean, comfortable, and cozy. The carpet, pedestal sink, and several other furnishings in my room looked new. The staff were all extremely friendly. The breakfast was better than expected. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. I liked it so well, I stayed an extra night. This location is an exceptional value and I would stay here again without question.

There was nothing that I didn't like about my stay.
