This is a gorgeous hotel at the perfect location. The staff is so friendly and even mailed me my jeans I left in the room at no extra charge. The bar is incredible... beautiful, welcoming, great bar menu for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We didn't eat there, but the food looked delicious. Hotel also has very interesting history items in the library and morning coffee room/ lounge area. We can't wait to return next summer, if not before.

The staff was friendly and very helpful in helping us change our reservations at the last minute , and allowing us to upgrade our room during our stay. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good and the staff very friendly.

The base queen room and double queen rooms were very small! We were able to upgrade to a queen suite which was very nice! The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. Be aware however that resort and other taxes are high , and do add substantially to the cost of a room. Overall our experience at the Pollard was very good , in large part to the kind and caring staff.

Loved the historic look and nature of the hotel. The staff of the hotel and the restaurant were excellent, very courteous and friendly. The restaurant food was very good; we enjoyed a dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend the Pollard to anyone traveling through the area.

We liked everything, no changes needed

Historical and beautiful modern in the right ways. We knew it was a haunted hotel and my friend had a friendly encounter in our room. We both bought the book at the front desk when we were leaving. Next time I go it will be with my husband on his motorcycle such a great ride around there.

Nothing it seemed great for us!

The hotel was beautiful outside and in. They have kept the vintage look of the hotel while having updated the amenities in the rooms. The room and bed were very comfortable and the bathroom was beautifully done with a walk in shower. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with lots of fresh ingredients.

The staff was premium. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was well furnished and comfortable. The adjoining restaurant served excellent food.

We would have liked to have a mini fridge and microwave in our room

The place to stay when visiting Red Lodge. It is very well taken care of. Loved my Historic room with details like lace curtains, brass hooks and flower wallpaper making it special. The linens were pristine, towels and bathrobes were fluffy, white and fresh. And the bed was heavenly comfortable. I enjoyed it all!

Nothing to complain about.

Extensive renovations to this historic hotel in recent years have restored it to its former glory. If you haven' stayed in awhile, you should plan another visit. Try the eggs benedict with smoke salmon for breakfast!

I loved how old the building is and even though they renovated it to meet modern standards you can still see and feel the history. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I will certainly be staying here again the next time I come back

We got upgraded to the corner room and the views there were amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom beautifully remodeled.

There were some old enemies around the reception area.
