The breakfast was good with several choices. Location of the property was perfect for our routing through Montana. It's an older property but rooms were very comfortable.

The outside stairs were a bit problematic for two seniors with luggage, one of whom recently had hip replacement surgery but no ground floor rooms were available so we managed. It was raining and we felt very vulnerable on wet metal stairs but they did have handrails on both sides. It's an older property so we understood the situation and the lady who checked us in made sure we were okay.

The room was spacious and had a sink and mirror outside the bathroom, which I love. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was great. There was a fridge and microwave in the room, which was handy. There were even hot homemade cookies when we checked in! It was a bit noisy outside, since it was the 4th of July with fireworks and traffic, but we slept good.

My only concern was that the hot water took a long time to get to the sink, and it didn’t drain well.

I stayed for 1 night and it wasn’t as pretty as a big chain but there was nothing any different than what you would get at a big chain hotel. Bed was very comfy and the room was clean, It was quiet. What else can you ask for

$97.00 a night in a small town I thought was kind of steep, but everything is expensive now days. Costs a lot to operate a hotel I’m sure

I had booked for the wrong date & the owner was very helpful & able to provide us with a room -& it sounded like there wasn't much available in town. The facility is clean & seeks to provide everything you might expect in a newer or well known motel. The room was spacious, and the bed comfortable. The A/C unit provided white noise to cover any other sound coming through the wall.. The breakfast was good, and they are also the local Pizza 'Restaurant' with good pizza!

The building is older and some simple updating is needed in the room eg remove the disconnected old phone set and the welcome folder with old info.

It was a very comfortable place. The breakfast was very good. I would stay there again.

The mattress felt so good. I slept very well, but it slopes to the middle. My husband had trouble getting comfortable, because he kept rolling to the middle. Regardless, I enjoyed the mattress. There was support, yet softness. The last motel we stayed at, the mattress was like a board.

Good breakfast coffee was strong but I like weak coffee. The people were great.

The price change when I checked you guys for price it was 69 and when I booked a couple hours later it wS 77 don't like the change. I've booked with other companies and they kept the price that was offered. So I don't know if I will book with you again.

The staff were so nice and very helpfu and very accommodating. The pizza they cook there is delicious!

There is a lot of cold air that comes in through the ac units and you have to heat the room with space heaters. Once they are on the room stays nice and warm.

Very nice, clean and affordable. Beds were comfortable. Staff Very pleasant. He was willing to stay late if I couldn't make it before the office closed. Went out of his way to find the pillow I had left there. Would definitely stay again.

Everything worked: good plumbing, comfortable (but soft) bed, clean room, good lighting. 2 block walk to the grocery store.

The outside was a little bit shabby, as was the hallway and the entrance to the breakfast room. Don't let that scare you off, inside the room was clean and well cared for.

The facility was quite unique. It is an old wood frame structure in the process of being remodeled. There is much work to be completed in the renovation, but from what I saw done in our room it appears it will be a great improvement when completed.

The building is old and may not have originally been set up to be a motel. Access to our room involved going through an exterior doorway into a utility room of some sort, then into an exterior enclosed hallway with many windows. The afternoon sun made the hallway uncomfortably warm. The complementary breakfast was very good, but was also a local breakfast and coffee stop, limiting the number of available tables for motel guests. Access to the dining area was up a flight of steps. It the dining areas was handicapped accessible, it wasn't evident to me.
