The room was really nice and comfortable, the breakfast was great every day The lady that attended the breakfast was really nice and sweet also very helpful, l looked forward to seeing her every morning her attitude made me over tip....she was so pleasant, clean up crew was helpful by just giving us clean towels when we asked ,we stayed 6 days....we will be back in October, that's our home away from home.

Only one elevator, my room was on the other side of the building...THE WALK ACROSS...other that that every thing was GREAT,WONDERFUL,

The hotel is new and has great amenities. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The blackout shades were a nice added touch for a good night's sleep. The pool was clean and enjoyable after a long drive. The breakfast options were amazing. Pancakes, omelets, biscuits and gravy, sausages, and even hot cinnamon buns. 😋 We enjoyed our breakfast on the patio outside. We definitely would stay here again!

the breakfast was totally awesome for hotel breakfast. the kitchen lady WAS AWESOME, SO POLITE and ALWAYS SMILING.She would say good morning to everyone she met.

THE FRONT DESK WOMAN. SHE WAS TERRIBLE TO DEAL WITH. She really needs AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT if she is going to greet the public.

This hotel is exceptional. I don't know for how long it's been there, but it looks like it's brand new. Everything looks modern and spotless. The pool is great and pretty big. The room was very big with coffee machine, fridge, microwave oven, everything you'd expect. Big bathroom with bathtub. Excellent breakfast with a good variety of options including healthy ones.

The only downside is that the hotel is located in fairly close proximity to the road and the railway and while the windows do block a lot of the noise it's still quite significant. I was fine, but my child didn't rest too well. Some people might need ear plugs. The area around the hotel is also not "paradise" so don't expect to find a room with a view, but that's fine. You're in Alliance, not Hawaii.

Smooth check in, room was spacious and clean, excellent TV channel selection, breakfast was fantastic (omelets, biscuits and gravy, bacon, breakfast potatoes, pancakes, fresh cinnamon rolls, along with more typical continental breakfast items). The pool was cooler than I liked, but the kids loved it. All of the staff were extremely professional and kind.

The hotel was in excellent condition and very clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great.

Could not bring up the hotel location on naviagtor in the car and had a difficult time via my phone also. Had to call the staff at the hotel about 4 times in order to locate the hotel. Very frustrating. The name of the street is spelled Holsten, but could only locate via navigator when I spelled the street Holstein.

Front desk staff was extremely friendly and the rooms are very nice. Quite enjoyable!

We stayed in an accessible room and the bathtubs were extremely slick, which could be dangerous to someone with mobility issues. Hotel was great but it might just be worth it to texture the tubs for safety.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail, down to the wonderful bedspreads. Breakfast was way beyond expectation. The friendly helpful staff served our every need with a personable style. Our stay was very positive and memorable.

Everything! I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel that had that clean of bathrooms! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, and the The lady that put breakfast out was very sweet and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

A very nice, modern hotel. We enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast was good, and the server was very helpful.

The breakfast area was small, with only a few tables, I thought the hotel was quite expensive for such a small town.
