When we checked in, the owner/manager spent a lot of time with us (we got there late due to weather), and gave us tips to make our stay nicer. They were very kind and appreciated the extra effort!

The hotel room had a unique system where the room key card has to be left inserted in a slot INSIDE the room for the room lights to work. The manager had to explain it in detail just so we knew how to work the lights. Our key card had a bad chip that worked for the door but not the lights so had to go back to the office and change out the room key card so we would have lights. Way over complicated, but they probably had a reason so spend so much money on the room lighting system. Way over complicated from a user perspective!

The beds & pillows were so comfortable. The room was set up with a real coffee maker cups etc. The coffee was packaged for the exact amount needed in a very cute little package. There are so many little details that went into making the room appealing & you would not get a big chain hotel for sure. Yes it's older but very well taken care of. The owners are super nice. We will definitely stay there again.

There was nothing we did not like.

The manager went all out to help me get my baggage to the room in the rain. :) The hotel is an older one that has been upgraded. Room was small but adequate, the sink and tub were dated, avocado green sink and dusty pink tub but the whole room was neat and clean. There were extras like real coffee grounds for the real coffee maker. Real cups and saucers! I would stay there again and recommend to friends.

I can not say enough good things about my 3 day stay here. From the check in to the departure, everything was wonderful. This is an older property (I remember it from my childhood) but the room was very clean and nicely decorated. They made sure that everything was comfy and secure. The room had a comfortable couch in which to sit and watch TV, as well as nice beds with beautiful bedding and 6 pillows in each bed! They have a new power method that I thought was clever and efficient. The location is perfect for what I needed. The pricing was a great value. I will stay again. Thank you, Arcadia, for taking good care of me.

Wonderful welcome by owner/manager, very clean facility, very helpful info about the area provided for guests. Great effort is made to conserve energy here...and this is much appreciated. Room is nicely decorated in warm, inviting colors.

Room was somewhat crowded .... it was a single queen room, but the addition of a hide-a-bed sofa made things feel cramped. Bathroom and sink area are small and dated.

The room was very clean and comfortable and had a couch in it, which I enjoyed. The manager was nice and helpful, even helped us carry in our bags.

There was a full sized coffee pot in the room so I made a full pot of coffee in the am. Unfortunately the reservoir leaked out about a cup of water from the top. I mentioned it to the management so they could fix the problem and am confident they will.

very nice and comfy room and state of the art! once in the room, you put your hotel key in this little slot right inside the door. it turns on the power to the room. so when you leave and take your key out, the room shuts down and so it conserved electricity until you’re back. when you put the cats back in, everything you had on before (including the tv) comes back on. really smart!!!! double sinks and I’ve never seen that in a hotel. very comfy and immaculate and nice. I will definitely stay here again and won’t even think of going anywhere else in Scottsbluff. excellent!!

Room was thoughtfully furnished with everything you could need. Lots of plug ins and USB ports. Actual ceramic cups with saucers and metal spoons for coffee - no plastic or paper in sight! Decent TV streaming service with only a few ads - awesome! Staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful. Will definitely stay here again whenever I'm in the Scottsbluff area.

The hotel managers and staff are very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed to use the room (e.g., wireless code, light system for the room, how to turn on the refrigerator, etc. ). We liked that there is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The beds were fine for us. We were comfortable staying here and we have stayed here several times because we like the affordability even though it is a bit older hotel, it is very clean.

We do bring our own pillow when we come here because the pillows provided are a bit tall/stiff for us.

The owners care about each customer and their comfort. Super clean. Each room had a couch. When I needed a different pillow the owner tried so carefully to make sure I had a good pillow that worked for me.

More variety on pillows in room. Sorry I can’t say anything negative it’s place I’ll talk about for a long time!!
