Newly remodeled...clean and fresh. Breakfast choices were good with several options.

All the staff was excellent except for maid service. Since we had an extended stay we were around the property while maid were cleaning. Continually talking on the phone and sloppy work. Didn't vacuum ...didn't replenish coffee 3 of the 6 days. Don't know if this is a maid problem or management problem. The lady doing the breakfast was supreme. Contented checking and cleaning. Also very friendly.

The decor was up-to-date and everything worked great (TV, wi-fi, hair dryer). The room itself as well as the bathroom were both clean. The breakfast had a variety of choices: scrambled eggs, sausage links, cold cereal, instant oatmeal, waffles, bread for toast, bananas, yogurt, juice, coffee, and milk.

The heating/cooling unit wasn't working when I got there, but the receptionist came down right away and reset the power switch and it worked great from that point on. I liked the fact that it had a constant fan to drown out some of the noise (although for the most part it was a very quiet location). There was a dog barking in one of the rooms near me in the morning, but fortunately I was already awake.

Austin and Terri were AWESOME! They were super nice and helpful. They deserve promotions or raises!!! The breakfast is always good.

The hot tub being out of service. The beds were unusually uncomfortable. Only had decaf coffee in room.

Rooms were clean, big, beds comfortable. Pool was nice.

Shower took more than 10-15 minutes to get more than lukewarm. Sausage and eggs at breakfast were not good. Sausage was so burnt it was like eating jerky. Waffles were good though.

As a traveler, it’s hard to find properties that meet all the requirements but when I say breakfast was yummy, staff was friendly, and the cost was amazing I mean it was easily one of my better experiences. Will definitely be staying here frequently. Both overnight front desk employees were super kind and Paul the manager made accommodations for me as I work overnights and require early check-ins!

The room was very comfortable and clean-greatly appreciated during COVID. Loved that the hotel is dog friendly and a dog area is provided just outside the hotel. Also loved how close hotel is to restaurants and amenities needed by travelers.

We didn't find the front desk person as friendly as could be. She certainly wasn't rude and was helpful when needed, just not as welcoming as would have been nice. I specifically wrote in my online reservation that we'd have our dog with us. When my husband checked in she acted like she didn't know that and if we had hid the fact we would have been charged a bigger fee. We chose this hotel because it allowed pets and we were very aware there was a pet fee so we weren't trying to hide that.

breakfast tasted real good. Not a lot of variety though. Was very clean. Smelled very refreshing except one of the beds sheets and pillow cases smelled like they hadn't been changed. Room was very small for the price but for the most part was clean.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate.

I wish there was some way the cold air for AC could be diverted so it does not blow right on you.

When we arrived and got to our room it was nicer than we expected.

The refrigerator in our room did not keep things cold enough and there was no variety fir the hot breakfast.

Breakfast was more than adequate, but not exceptional.

Room was quite small. Shower was unusual and difficult to find a place to put shampoo soap etc. due to it's rounded shape. Also a slight concern about falling due to the round sides.
