Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The electronic entrance/exit door near the breakfast room is very convenient. Loved that they have recycling bins by the door. It was a quiet and comfortable one night stay. The location is great, walkable to a very good Mexican restaurant.

The bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade. It still had a low toilet which is difficult for older folks to use. Electrical outlets for recharging electronics weren't modernized. The breakfast was adequate, but not great. Coffee tasted terrible.

Limited parking if hauling trailers or uhauls. Ended up parking along the curb on the west side of the property, which is an allowable parking place if you need it. (I was the only one that parked there that night)

I requested and received a room at the back of the hotel facing away from the interstate. The room was amazingly quiet despite the location of the hotel next to I-80. My room overlooked the parking lot where there were approx eight Tesla charging stations. These stations were busy throughout my stay so apparently this is a popular stop for charging. Behind the charging stations is a cute little lake and a playground for the kids (which was a nice view from my room), and there's a mexican restaurant next to the hotel to grab a bite to eat. The facilities and room were very clean and the free continental breakfast was good and well stocked. The staff was attentive, and I especially give kudos to the breakfast staff because they kept the food stocked and tables cleared/cleaned despite the high number of people passing through to eat.

There was a glitch registering on my arrival because the name on my reservation was wrong (they had my first & middle name instead of first & last name). But the manager quickly resolved the problem and was able to check me in.

we liked the room. Good arrangement. Had a small table and 2 chairs. Had a coffee station. Had the bathroom sink out in the room, which some people dont like, but we do!

we liked the room. The only issue we didnt like is the bathroom interior light was on the outside of the room, so you had to turn the light on with the door open in the middle of the night and that wasnt good for the other guests.

It is very clean, rooms are nice, and the dining area team is so kind and helpful. Extremely pet friendly.

Seems odd to mention, I’m sure, but the entire hotel is kept really clean and maintained, but the elevator looks like it hasn’t received any care in awhile. It also likely needs more frequent servicing because it runs constantly due to the level of traffic during the summer. It jumps a lot, making it a little unnerving. Also, we used the sofa bed and the mattress is extremely thin and worn down. New/better mattresses for those are definitely needed. The person who slept there was sore and couldn’t find a comfortable spot for the entire stay.

Modern clean interior, extraordinary comfortable king bed, room darkening shades, substantial hot breakfast & attention to detail in housekeeping. North Platte River outside next to 8 Tesla charging stations.

super noisy on the “highway” as the location is immediately across from the highway. Ask for a River View if you are sensitive to noise.

The hotel was nice. It was clean and comfortable.

There was a very strong odor in our room. My husband thought maybe it was cleaning product, but it smelled more chemically to me. When we woke up in the morning, there were a few ants on the bedside table. We didn’t have anything in the table except our phones. I suspect maybe. the odor was from them staying for ants before we checked into the room.

Staff were very nice and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent. Breakfast was good.

More open restaurants in the area. Because we were there on a Tuesday, it was difficult to find a non-fast food restaurant. But the hotel was great and not the fault of the hotel that restaurants were closed.

Well maintained, easy in and out from north parking lot. Luggage carts located just inside the automatic sliding door from parking lot and elevator located right there as well. Rooms are clean and well maintained, staff is friendly and accommodating and provided breakfast is very good with waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, juice, coffee, yogurt, cereal, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, coffee& more!

please regularly clean or replace fabric on luggage carts.

great location and the facilities were clean, comfortable and up to date. a true gem to find along a long road trip! the staff is truly wonderful! I liked it so much and felt safe here that I stayed again almost a week later on my way back east.

n/a the area outside did smell a bit stronger of horses but that’s not the hotel’s fault and inside this did not carry over.
