West Point Inn & Suites

I was pleasantly surprised at the accomodations for a small town hotel. Verrrry clean. Updated flooring in bathrooms as well as toilets were modern. Beds were comfy and had some basic things I enjoy when I stay somewhere like mini-fridge, good television and such.

I can't really complain except next time you update linens, maybe get larger ones. I'm pretty small and they just fit me but I can imagine a larger person enjoying a larger towel. The one hand towel probably needed cycled out due to a bit of staining. But those are nit-picky type of things. I was glad it was so clean and comfortable.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was very nice and check in was quick.

The breakfast area was messy, waffle batter on the counter and the cup for the batter was knocked over, batter running out of it onto the counter as well. Was not something that appealed to us so we went somewhere else to eat breakfast.

Very nice water pressure while showering. Comfortable, cozy mattress and bedding. Chairs were comfortable too. Looked and smelled fresh and clean everywhere.

1-ply toilet paper, you gotta use more than you would like to clean-up and not get fingers wet. The parking lot feels uncomfortable, but nothing bad happened.

Just generally NICE. Harry was helpful when we needed him.

The bathroom was the smallest I've seen—barely room between the toilet and bathtub for the bathmat. At least the sink was outside that tiny room. And the counter around it was barely big enough for a cup and a toothbrush

I like the price and location of the property as well as the staff was very friendly and nice.

I was not impressed with their breakfast. They only had a few things and it was more like a continental breakfast with cereal, toast, waffles and biscuits/gravy

The price was more than reasonable. Very clean. I thought it was nice that there was a parking space reserved for veterans.

Doesn’t have an elevator, but they had a ground floor room for my dad who couldn’t do stairs well.

Price and the amount of space in the room is unbeatable. The room had two beds, a desk, tv, couch and chair. Also, the room felt semi-updated which was a pleasant surprise.

Not many amenities. Breakfast ended at 9 on the weekend.

Staff was friendly and check in easy. My room was clean and bed was comfortable. My room was quiet too!

It was easy to find and location was great.

Breskfast had a nice variety. Classic biscuits and gravy. Waffle maker was great. Cereal etc. The room was large and beds were comfortable. There was a couch and chairs that were comfortable also.

The bathroom was a little tight but served its purpose.

Breakfast was OK, considering Covid-19. I stayed at his place because it was closer to south side of town, so I could leave town faster on the departure date. Rooms were great, bed was EXCELLENT!

ONLY CONCERN - I guess this is NOT a new problem; also - I guess this is a problem for the ENTIRE West Point community. In the morning (after showers, fortunately), the water in the pipes turned DEEP brown. It was like 2 quarts of dirt were mixed in 5 gallons of water. The water going INTO the toilet storage tank was DEEP BROWN. Talking to the employees, it was "yeah, that happens every so often in West Point". My brother (lives in a neighboring town) said "it's a multi-million dollar problem for West Point". Everything else was GREAT!
