Accidentally booked here thinking it was Eureka California. After realizing my mistake I contacted this property & to my disbelief they were the nicest most understanding people i have ever spoken to & explained to me how to go about taking care of my issue. I can’t thank you guys enough & will definitely be stopping by one day to stay. Thank you again!

Easy check in and Check out..friendly staff, clean room and great ice machine. The room was unique with a bathroom barn style door and funny notes from management all over. The staff was accommodating to my son’s special needs and changing dates of our stay. Small gas station next door and restaurants close by that has some basic amenities.

The staff was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to help me out with my needs. It rained while I was moving from San Jose, CA to Denver, CO and Crystal went out of her way to make sure our furniture was protected from the weather. Amazing staff here.

The room was small but hey it was a place to crash.

I always try and stay here when passing through Eureka. Always met with a friendly smile and helpful assistance whether to let me borrow a hose to clean off my bike or the latest on restaurants that are open for dinner or breakfast. I was very pleased to see they are keeping the property up and the completely updated shower and bath area was a nice surprise. I will definitely stay here in the future.

There always seem to be a few people getting up and out early and they can be noisy if they are conversing right outside of your first floor window. In this particular occasion, they weren’t being especially loud. I just think they don’t realize you can hear every word spoken right outside your door.

A great spot for the night. Staff was helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable enough. Wifi worked. We had the junior suite which had a bit extra space. The location was right off the highway.

The door latch was hard to secure and there wasn't an additional latch mechanism.

The staff was great, the rooms very clean and the bed was comfortable. No closet, but ample space to hang your clothes. Small fridge in room kept things cold which doesn't always happen in hotel rooms.

Super clean, great location, friendly place, loved having a fridge, microwave and coffee maker with lots of space. Right across from the Owl Club so we walked over and had dinner and a drink. Great spot.

The only thing we weren't too happy about is the people above us sounded like they had kids that were running around until pretty late, like 11pm.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was one of the quieter ones I've stayed in. Bed was very comfortable also. Loved the location, across the street from great food.

Everyone we encountered was very friendly. There was no breakfast at this hotel but right across the street was a nice cafe that served a good breakfast.

Nothing, for one night in a very small town everything was good.

Ideal location for our trip. Pleasant staff, clean facilities, in the centre of Eureka. Arriving on 4th July we had a great evening in the bar across the road plus an excellent firework display.

All good.
