Everything. Nice. Luxury. Clean. No craziness with parking like you get on the strip.

Everything!!! From the staff at the front desk to the valet,bellman and housekeeping staff were phenomenal. All were willing to assist and make our stay as best as possible! I was very impressed to add to that full experience the view from our room was incredible. Being able to see all of downtown Las Vegas from our window (floor to ceiling) made it even better. To simply enjoy our vacation,the bathroom with the window tub view was a surprisingly good touch as being able to view vegas from your tub 👌. All the places within the hotel for dining or grabbing a snack to enjoy were even impressive. The casino was great, too!! You do not have to leave the hotel if you really did not want to!! Because everything was there!! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Las Vegas. The price point to some may be too much, but once you see it, you will not regret it. This will be a place I will always stay when I go to Las Vegas in the future!!! Great customer service and attention to the details.

Room, location, cleanliness, staff friendliness ... A 5 Star resort in my eyes.

My room key did not work one day, and it took an extremely long time for someone who actually knew what to do to arrive. House Keeping key did not work. Security key did not work. Over an hour. And once the gentlemen from facilities arrived with the "magic laptop" that could open the door he seemed a bit lost at how to access the program on the laptop to open the door. I finally had to leave to pick up guests. Thankfully when I returned the door was fixed. You might want to make sure the staff is knowledgeable on using the different programs.

Very nice rooms with comfortable bedding and great bathroom.

There was a sandstorm with 60mph winds during my stay which forced the pool complex to be closed. In spite of not being able to use the resort's pool facilities I was still charged a "Resort Fee". This should be removed for stays in which the resort is not completely operational.

Finally found a great Hotel in Vegas that doesn’t have the Casino as the main focus. Most hotels you have to meander through a smoke filled musty casino to even get to the elevators. The range of eateries is perfect and the pool is very nice with great service. We come to Vegas to visit friends, the amazing view from the floor length windowed room to the strip is enough to remind us where we are! The rooms are really nice and the bathroom well planned and very well fitted. I would even use this hotel to stay for business trip to exhibitions!

The Bakery didn’t have the fruit and granola/parfait availability around breakfast time, seems like this was brought in and couldn’t get restocked until the later deliveries. That needs to be improved and made more flexible.

The view of the mountains and it was just far enough away from the strip but not too far. It was very beautiful. The maid service was amazing as well. We also lost our wallet and it was returned with everything in it. We absolutely loved this place. All the restaurants were top notch , service was fantastic. We felt this was the best place to stay in Las Vegas and plan to come back any time we are in Vegas to stay at this hotel.

Gorgeous property. Very clean and nice staff. Loved the view from my room overseeing the pool although it was closed due to the cold it was a great view with the mountains in the distance. Good food at the resort restaurants. Away from the noise of the strip which allowed relaxation.

The only thing I would ask is that the taxi/shuttles run 24hrs from the resort like the rest of the hotels in Vegas. We constantly had to use scheduled lifts versus being able to walk directly to the main entrance and catch a ride at any time.

I was double charged after paying cash, My credit card was charged the entire amount. It was only to be charged the $150 security deposit. I spoke to the front desk immediately when my card was charged. The on duty lead NELSON, blew me off, told the clerk to tell me it would be corrected in 24 hours. He never came to speak with me. Upon check out the money was still not refunded 48hrs later. I had to request a supervisor to come speak with me, and a written copy of receipt that my funds were going to be returned. She did send an email to accounting prior to my departure. However, I had to wait 2 more days to receive the refund.

Cimfortable, clean and safe.

Guests who doesn't wear mask despite the Government mandate to wear one in casino and hotel areas. People who still smoke in defiance of the no-smoking rule in casino and hotel areas, (shame on all of these anti-social creatures!). STRICTER IMPLEMENTATION FROM THE MANAGEMENT OF THESE 2 LAWS MUST BE OBSERVED AT ALL TIMES!

What a wonderful experience at the M Resort! This hotel is definitely not on the strip. It's at the very southern edge of town, adjacent to mountains and desert. If you want to be in the middle of the action, look elsewhere! Personally, I preferred being a little further away. Still plenty of food on-site, but would recommend going off-site for the most bang for your buck. Check in process was easy. Front desk staff are super helpful and professional. We called the front desk on a few occasions. Once, we asked for more hangers and they promptly brought them. The second time, the tub stopper wasn't stopping correctly. Maintenance was up to our room in MINUTES. We got a king room and ended up with a mountain view. It was very nice! Bed was very comfortable. Room offers a small fridge and good storage. You also get pretty fast wifi, and two small bottles of water every day. As of April 2022, pool was open reduced hours and the adults only pool is slated to open later in the month. Pool isn't deep, but there are two hot tubs and plenty of space. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!
