The room was nice, clean and comfortable. It was a very nice stay. The staff at the property was friendly and helpful.

I wish I had known ahead of time that if I moved my vehicle after the initial check-in that I would not be allowed to park at the property again but instead would have to use the MGM public parking which was about a 10 to 12 minute walk from the property.

The property was very beautiful and it wasn’t on the strip but extremely close. We also had a balcony with a million dollar view. Having a full kitchen was an added bonus as we could buy groceries and make some meals in our space and also store leftovers from restaurants and adequately reheat them. Additionally, having access to the MGM Grand pool complex was amazing. The prices for drinks might have been a little high but nothing compares with having a lazy river right down the elevator from your room.

There were a few nights where the valet was full, meaning we had to turn around and park at a different property - the MGM Grand self-parking lot. Now, I never had to pay for parking but because I was not aware this might happen and because the lot was about a 10 minute walk, I was a little put off. Had I know prior, I probably wouldn’t have cared.

We liked how you could walk through the towers to get to Starbucks and MGM. Also the proximity to a 24 hr CVS was helpful. The room design and amenities were perfect. Friendly staff and free valet was a great bonus. Quick check in and check out process was much appreciated. We loved the views from the windows and balcony.

Room could use some updating. Our bedspread was literally a duvet with a flat sheet on top. Broken handrail in the elevators that sat for days. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion bottles were used and left for us, luckily we brought our own. Carpets and couch could use some updating too.

Security is great. Ron at Valet at Tower 1 is great!!! Thanks for parking our big red truck from WA! Check-in easy. Room is fabulous, large with balcony and great having 2 bathrooms. The room is clean & comfortable, it just needs a bit of maintenance (broken tile, loose wallpaper, fridge & microwave light bulbs burnt out but I am sure they take a beating in this town. I would stay again & recommend to others.

We loved this suite we had an amazing view of the strip and had tons of room for a comfortable stay.

We were thrilled that we found a suite with a full kitchen and wanted to buy groceries to store for lunch time or snacks. after getting all our groceries we were turned away by staff (even tho we were told valet parking was complimentary with our room. and it is written on our valet card slip) we had to find a parking garage across from the MGM GRAND and walk back to our hotel which is absolutely RIDICULOUS. we had to pay for parking because we were told if we didn’t OWN a suit we couldn’t use valet parking at our hotel. ALSO since you are booking through a 3rd party (booking.com) you will not get room service which means no extra towels toilet paper or soap. the hotel will not come and clean up your room or throw trash away.

The unit was spectacular! So spacious and had everything we needed. Beautiful view from the balcony. Super comfy bed. Actually enough hot water to enjoy the jacuzzi tub. Being slightly off the strip was peaceful, but also convenient to have walkway and access to other pools and main casino.

Pool at Towers 1 was closed. Have to purchase tubes for the lazy river.

The condo style room with 2 bathrooms, great views and balcony. 2 person jetted tub. Showers were nice with plenty of pressure and instant hot water. Having the kitchen with, fridge, stove, oven, sink, counter and dishwasher was great. Could not here neighbors.

The mattress was not good at all. It was old and sunken in. Furniture is dated and falling apart. Not the worst but not the best by any means. Some of the wallpaper falling off the walls. Lightning could be better. No seats on the balcony. Tv selection is minimal.

location, views and size of apartment

This was a full apartment but was missing a toaster, tea and dish towels, coffee and filters, when we contacted the agent at the # on the reservation he said they would have it to us within the hour. after a second call 5 hours later the gentleman said they don’t supply those items and to use a frying pan for toast and a facecloth to wipe down the stove and kitchen counter. Very disappointed in the property manager actions.

This was a spacious, well-stocked, and well-maintained apartment. It was quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed during out stay. There is a walkway which connects to the MGM and the monorail, which is quite nice when it's over 100 degrees outside. We would definitely stay again!

There were enough trash cans everywhere to keep the place clean. Also the Staff were/are Amazing!!!!!!! The room was great and quiet I could not hear any neighbors.

Some items were missing like flatware..there was one fork and minimal dish detergent.
