Hampton Inn & Suites Wells, Nv

The location was awesome, the staff were stellar. I had car troubles when I arrived, which I addressed the following morning (I had to be towed) and the lady (sorry, I forgot her name) at the Front Desk was absolutely wonderful and extremely accommodating both times. The room was AMAZING, I felt like royalty. The breakfast was wonderful and the little food area at the front desk was a God send!! I can't say enough!!

I left one hotel chain that I used 30 nights year because it was undependable and was frequently unexceptional. I'm looking for a good value with a reputable hotel brand that continuously meets the travel needs for my family AND small dog.

Pet friendly consistency. We motorhome frequently as well as travel by car and want a consistent experience with a hotel. When we stayed at Red Rock in Las Vegas NV we didn't find out it wasn't pet friendly until we checked in. My fault, I thought all Hampton Inn and Suites were pet friendly. It forces me to consider another hotel brand in the $125-$200 per night range.

I drove 6 hours to Wells, Nevada. If reception staff can provide good services after 10:45 pm, it will be better. For example, I called the reception and services section, but it didn't reply to my call. I called them again, and finally I got someone to pick up the call and informed me to go reception to pick up my teeth brush. When I went to reception to pick up my teeth brush, I found nobody over there, I called "0" for few times, finally there is a staff show up and he didn't like me to distribute him.

Selection was small but good. The room was very clean and pleasant. We wanted a room with walkin shower but with queen beds. We were registered for king bed. Front desk very accommodating and got us a room with walking shower and. Queen beds. Not unable to get around but getting in a tub with shower difficult and need rails to hold for balance. Room she gave us was fine for our needs.

Everything was great

The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast had several options. Everything worked well and was convenient. The location allowed easy access to the freeway. Everyone was professional and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We bought dinner before arriving. We might have felt limited if we hadn't.

Very clean, very nice helpful staff. Great breakfast. Room and bed excellent. Great ❤️ the message on TV welcoming us.

Garbages in all common areas were completely full. Could barely stuff my breakfast plate and cup in. Used downstairs rest room before exiting, overflowing. Maybe someone out ill that day?

The property seemed almost brand new, extremely clean and very comfortable

Like most free breakfasts with a room I found it difficult to find something to eat because I am diabetic. I don't eat sugar or carbs. It would be nice to see something like eggs without other stuff in them so I can have a plain protien.

Breakfast was fine. Christian the front desk attendant was very helpful in letting us store some expensive bikes in the conference room overnight. That was a relief to not need to haul up to 3rd floor. That was good customer service!

Expensive for a little town like Wells which lacks even a descent restaurant. Beautiful area,….but nothing to offer other then a road out of town.

second stay at this hotel while crossing Nevada. there really isn’t anything of interest in the area, but if you need a clean, safe place to sleep this is probably the best option. the hotel is newer, maybe just a few years old and feels completely safe.

bed was a not the most comfortable.

Array of food choices, nice lady behind the table helping. They had oatmeal!!! Wonderful.

One woman was very harsh and grumpy and wasn't wearing a mask. When a customer ( not in my group) pointed this out she argued with him something insufficient and was rude. Customer (not us) told her she was unprofessional. When we were in this hotel 2 mos. Ago I observed the same woman not wearing a mask walking through the dining room . So I know this was her habit. Everyone else on staff was extra nice, seemingly to compensate. Particularly liked the kind woman at food area. Very peaceful presence. Important when traveling.
