Halfway point on our journey home and just off the highway. The hotel was clean warm and pleasant.

Not a biggie … but the front desk person seemed kind of “meh.” Efficien,t but not very friendly. Despite my husband and another guest’s efforts, they couldn’t get her to crack a smile.

The room was large and that was great for us. I loved that we had a couch in the room, so it was great to relax. The room was pretty clean (cleaner than last time, and ALWAYS cleaner than the casinos). The breakfast is adequate, but very convenient. I love that the hotel is pet friendly, and there is a lot of grassy areas for the dogs.

The hotel is "dated" and some of the fixtures in the bathroom are a little rusted. This is to be expected from a property that is a bit older. I also don't feel like the price is aligned with the property. You definitely pay more to not stay at a casino and anywhere else, I would say that this hotel is WAY overpriced for the quality.

The room was nice and clean and smelled fresh and clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub area were clean and provided towels to dry off. Breakfast was pretty good, but eggs and bacon were cold but I it looked like the warmer was just not turned on, and there was a microwave to warm it up. Breakfast facility was kept clean and wiped down. Location was not very far to get to the casinos, could have walked if we wanted to but chose to drive to the casinos. Overall stay was good. We would book here again. Thank you!

The only thing that we didn't like was on Saturday night we got woke up about 4 times from really loud banging noises and it sounded like someone was using a drill, I'm not sure if it was the staff or other guests but it did make it really hard to sleep because of the noise. If it was the staff then maybe just don't be trying to fix things in the middle of the night and if it was guests, there is little you can do about that. Overall stay was really good. We would book here again. Thank you.

Our room was beautiful. We loved having a bedroom and a sitting room.. it was very clean and comfortable. I think we spent more time in our room than we did at the casino. All the extras like the flower made from a piece of toilet paper and the towels folded into swans just made it even better. And being pet friendly was awesome.

When I reserved our room and paid for it online I requested an early check in between noon and 1:00 But when we arrived at 12:30 they said check in wasn't until 3:00. They did say we could check in at 1:30 but they weren't very friendly about it.

Very nice rooms, easy access to and from I-80 roadway. Decent breakfast and an excellent coffee machine in the very pleasant lobby.

The property is pet-friendly. Allergy sensitive visitors should bear this in mind. Unfortunately, some dog owners do not control their dogs—the dog in the room next to ours began barking at 5-6 a.m. and continued unchecked for two hours, disturbing our rest. not all dog owners were considerate about cleaning up after their dogs in the outside grass areas, either.

Quiet room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast food in the morning. Easy outside access for care of dog.

Thought the booking included dog in fees paid on-line. Was somewhat surprised when asked for money for dog after check-in. Booking.com should highlight it's dog info by placing it all in one area per hotel. Sight should state whether it is no pets: Service dogs and ADA dogs only vs. all dogs including pets. The added fee amount for pooch should be made more clear.

The room was nicely appointed and the mattress and pillows were comfortable. We hadn't stayed in a Best Western for quite a few years and this was a good experience.

The breakfast serving area needs to be spread out. Everything was crammed together so if more than 2-3 people were serving themselves it was very congested and hard to figure out what was offered. The reason we have avoided the chain for several years is the cloying room freshener that is used. It made me ill on two occasions, so we have avoided the chain; however, it was the best option in Wendover. We solved the issue by cracking the window, turning the heater blower on high and running the bathroom vent blower while we went out to eat. When we returned the scent had dissipated.

The location, cleanliness, ability to bring our dog Overall, it is a nice hotel, with a very decent breakfast!

Lack of cleanliness in designated pet area -- clearly some guests are not clean & make no effort to keep that area clean. And there were muddy footprints in the back hallway leading upstairs -- again, lack of care & cleanliness by some guests. I had to pay a pet fee for a perfectly clean pet who made no mess, while those messy guests didn't pay a penny extra.

Great location if visiting Bonnieville Salt Flats.. Spacious room. Easy access to back & front door, parking close to our room.  Well cleaned and well lighted. Beds were comfortable and linens were soft. Good storage space and curtained closet. We love the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser,  very practical. For being in the middle of nowhere, Wifi was strong and water pressure were good too. Good lobby; separate area for dining and beverage that's convenient for transient travelers.

For some reason, they invalidated our keys thinking we are only staying 24 hrs.  No microwave in room. Toilet bowl was shaking,water pressure too strong & plumbing might need fixing.  Carpet smells a bit like dog poop, will need a thorough cleaning to get rid of smell ( Rm124). Can hear all the noise even.

Very comfortable beds with great pillows Breakfast was good. Eggs not over done & fluffy waffles.

The room above us had a very noisy heating/cooling system. Nothing could be done about it because of the time of day those guests checked in. Otherwise room was quiet
