Hotel location on the Hudson with the amazing view of NYC skyline and the ability to view the Statue of Liberty, indescribable! Rooms were spacious. Enjoyed our walk along the river. Restaurants within walking distance from hotel. Not a far drive to Liberty park. I was glad we chose to visit the Statue of Liberty from New Jersey rather than New York.

Parking was more than expected and staff were not very informative. Our room was not ready upon arrival around 5pm so we had to wait. We were given complimentary drinks at the bar while we waited, but after ordering and given the drinks we were told we still had to pay, as the drinks ordered were not included. There was dirty silverware and napkin sitting by a room across the hall when we got there and it was still there when we left the next day.

Convenient location and a great view. There was for example this lady outside our hotel window standing there with her arm up over her head. After our conference we checked it out and It seems she is quite concerned for others, from places not so great as the United States. So, as exhausting as being a tourist is, we got a little more up close and personal and we discovered this speech... "Not like the brazen giant of Greek fame, With conquering limbs astride from land to land; Here at our sea-washed, sunset gates shall stand A mighty woman with a torch, whose flame Is the imprisoned lightning, and her name Mother of Exiles. From her beacon-hand Glows world-wide welcome; her mild eyes command The air-bridged harbor that twin cities frame. "Keep, ancient lands, your storied pomp!" cries she With silent lips. "Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore. The hotel was clean and the staff pleasant and helpful. The view of the Hudson River while eating breakfast and lunch was entertaining. Watching the small free ferries travelling backwards and forwards was good. The bed was comfortable and the room large and well equipped. The hotel is positioned close to the river but not near any shops apart from a pharmacy that sold lots of different things apart from health products..

The food was limited apart from breakfast which was excellent. The rest was not very interesting, things like chicken wings, soup, burgers etc

A locker in the pool area would be good to store belongings whilst swimming Bathroom was a little dated. Tub was very low to the ground.

The skyline view is really good…. amazing view from the restaurant and we got hotel rooms with good view as well. Location is excellent. Path train station right outside the hotel door. It was very comfortable to commute to NYC daily. We were too happy to enjoy the indoor pool in winter. Room service was great. Loved the stay. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again

Our room’s bathtub was slow draining but I guess that would have been taken care if we had mentioned during the stay. Overall it waa not a big problem

Fantastic location just across the Hudson from Manhattan. Path station next to hotel is one stop for $2.75 in World Trade Center. You can also stroll down the Riverwalk and catch a ferry. We enjoyed the view and Happy hour!. The bed was soooo comfy. Huge room. Got a double room for $250 taxes. A room in Manhattan would have been much more expensive.

Only bar menu in the evening. We were exhausted and would have liked a full restaurant.

Best view of Hudson and Statue of Liberty. Ate breakfast every morning at Vue restaurant with phenomenal 360 floor to ceiling view of New York skyline. 4th July fireworks on rooftop banquet $80 pp was horrible food and nothing served hot as suppose to be. But the fireworks show fm the Hudson, Macys, George Washington bridge and St of Lib was by far the best ever! We recommend this place if you have the money to splurge. Or at least go eat at the Vue restaurant even if not staying there! They treated everyone like a good friend.

Pets were not allowed is a plus for me as I am highly allergic to pet hair. The view from the room was beautiful, looking out on the Statue of Liberty and NY skyline was an added bonus. Also impressed with the cleanliness of the room.

Sunday brunch ended at Noon which very inconvenient for me and the family member I invited to brunch. I assumed brunch would run until 2:00 p.m. so we had to search for a restaurant that was close by. Unfortunately, there were none in proximity to the hotel. Also, I thought a parking charge of $76 for two nights was excessive.

The view from my room was beautiful.

Overall nice hotel but I was hoping for a more comfortable bed for my wife's back because she has very bad low back pain. The bed made my wife's back hurt more because it was springy and had dips in certain spots so I didn't sleep as best as I wanted. I slept ok but not what I expected. Would have booked another night but didn't want to sleep the same way. I live near by so wanted to just get away for the holiday. I would do it again if the beds were more comfortable because it was a nice hotel.
