Cleanliness, location and furniture and fixtures, were maintained and not appearing old as many lower end hotels have been (i.e. Super 8).

The price was a little high for just a place to put my head at night, but as you can see we paid it to have a nice, clean room. Secondly, not having an elevator when bringing in luggage was not a pleasant experience. I had requested ground floor when booking, but we did not get one.

Our stay was enjoyable. We were extremely happy with the location and all of the amenities including the surrounding area. Our room was comfortable, clean and large. The staff treated us excellent. The only drawback was that our room was on the second floor and it was difficult to get our suitcases upstairs. We sure could have used an elevator! Thank you Quality Inn staff. We plan to return again.

Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Always kept clean every day, which is wonderful. Breakfast is also served every morning. Couldn't be happier.

When I arrived at around 5 p.m. I came up to the front desk to get my keys for the rooms and the lady at this shift acted very rude when I had questions regarding my stay. Toilets did not flush properly.

The location right off a main highway was convenient. The rooms were clean, and the staff was super friendly. They allowed us to bring our pups which is always a plus! If I'm ever in the area again I will be booking with them.

There were a couple issues. The key cards kept becoming unsynced with the door key. I believe I had to replace cards three times during our stay. And the plumbing for the restrooms was a little weak. Didn't cause us any issues, but you had to be careful of the Tp.

parking was good, room was clean and comfortable. we were at the end of our trip and on the way home. if it would have been a little earlier in the day I could have washed some clothes in their on site laundry. if you are looking for an over night stay outside the big city limits this is the place. there are only two floors and no elevator but the stairs are not bad.

no elevator but if you don’t have a lot of luggage or heavy luggage, the stairs aren’t bad.

Friendly staffs for sure! Room was large than most rooms. Comfortable beds and big bathroom which was nice. Breakfast was good, waffles, cheesy eggs bacon and other items… I would definitely book this place when I travel to California and back to Texas. Grant is Halfway mark for us.

Nothing I can think about that I didn’t like.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and found everything exceptional, from the friendly, and helpful, staff to the clean, comfortable room. Breakfast each morning was timely and served in a pleasant, clean room. The bathroom counter was spacious with a large mirror.

There were really no downsides to this stay.

Great location, comfy room.

The lady at the desk was rude, asked for extra towels when she slapped them on the counter I said thank you, she didn't say you're welcome or anything until after I said you're welcome. Asked for good place to eat she gave us a prepared piece of paper with restaurant on it agy slapped it on the counter.

This was a BIG room with two queen beds and all the amenities. A big step up for a modest increase in price from our previous stays. There was a good pool / hot tub area open, a laundry room, and complimentary breakfast, though it was just take-out bags for CoViD/health reasons.

I don't really have any complaints about this place, except that the laundry machine was pretty expensive, only took quarters, and they still wouldn't give us change (there is apparently a coin shortage at present). They could improve by adding card payment or room billing for the laundry.

It was a good value and “cmitch” that checked us in was wonderful. I had asked for a ground floor ( if available), but one was not. She gave us a room closest to the stairs on the 2nd floor ( no elevator at this property). She even called our room to make sure we were ok with our location. Kudos to her for her concern and exceptional customer service! I’m sorry I don’t know her full name, but “cmitch” was on our receipt. Thank you!!
