Hotel was easy and quick to get to from the highway. Beds were roomy and very comfortable. Everything was nice and clean. The employee working down in the dining room, during breakfast, was the sweetest woman and very attentive to all the guest including our family. Breakfast was very good and we had plenty of options to choose from.

The room location. Our room 216 was above sliding glass doors in the lobby so we could hear the rumble of them opening throughout the night. And our room was near the elevators as well so we could hear other guests entering the floor. We also were charged twice for the one night we stayed. Although staff were more than willing to help fix the issue.

nice staff and pet friendly! i love that we weren’t charged for our dog. she is less than 10 pounds, doesn’t bark, very house potty trained, and no one would ever know she was there unless we tell them (which we always do). it felt like a reward for us! I do understand why there is a fee for pets. we have been in many hotels, where there were huge, very noisy and messy dogs, and we always sort of resented the fact that we pay the same fee for owning a dog that nobody even knows is there. thank you Hampton!

Clean hotel, friendly staff, comfortable bed, quiet room. The hotel was booked out so book before you get there.

There was no cut fruit, which would have been nice because we were traveling with a one year old and she can’t just bite into an apple, plus the kitchen has no knives for the staff to use. This chain had great breakfasts years ago, but now it’s closer to food like products on the protein options.

Oh my God. I loved this place. The room was upstairs so I took the stairs at the end of the hallway. I reserved this place since it had a gym. It has a nice wonderful SOFT bed to sleep in. The TV worked SO WELL. NO issues at all. The doors of the rooms were INSIDE the building. This is a TRUE HOTEL. not like Motel 6 with doors outside. The location is nice. Super nice staff. I didn't hear anyone next door in any room near me. The walls much be thick! I like that. Stay here if you need to travel from CA to Texas. It's right in the middle of the trip and you will not be disappointed.

The gym was a little small. I didn't prepare fully since they had a pool and I didn't have a bathing suit.

The entire staff was so nice and helpful. The woman who was there for breakfast in the morning was absolutely amazing and the Food was delicious, The bed was so comfortable. I was beyond impressed! Would give it an 11/10 if I could. seriously Amazing stay

Cleanliness, Staff getting us checked in.

Made the reservation on Booking.com but the reservation didn't show up in a timely manner. No, we made the reservation as we were standing at the counter because the price was $30 better but the reservation never showed up on their side until the next morning.

Very clean. Large room and bathrooms. Comfy bed. Pet friendly (no pet fee!). Easy access right off the highway. Good quality and variety of breakfast options. Ample parking (we had a uhaul trailer with us). Hotel is right next to the police station, felt very safe!

the hotel check in was swift and welcoming, they are a pet friendly hotel with no pet fee! which was an awesome surprise, they also had dog treats for our fur son. the location is conveniently off the 10 for those making the cross country trip, breakfast was included which is always convenient.

shower was a little wonky.

It was the best part of Lordsburg! t The staff were exceptional. Breakfast was great. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant. Love the shower and the cookies!

What an enjoyable stay. The staff was excellent and so accommodating. They were always willing to please us. The whole place was so clean, beds comfortable, great breakfast and all around it was a pleasure staying here. The whole staff receives our gratitude!! We will be back
