The professionals at this facility ensure safe and comfortable accommodations. One individual that comes to mind is Mr. O'Neal's. His commitment to duty and attention to details saved me a considerable amount of time n money. On two separate occasions Mr. O'Neal recovered my missing n misplaced items. First my Military ID card which he found in the parking area, next, my cell phone which he recovered in the lobby. I say" bravo to Mr. O'Neal job well done" Thank you sir

Doors are closed walls thin

I loved the privacy...the staff were very helpful.. great southern hospitality, convenient location...a little noisy bc of the traffic but only during rush hour...

The walls are very thin..you can hear conversations,foot steps, loud noises, coming from upstairs mostly but sometimes on the same floor...alot of unnecessary noise....also TV is very difficult to access or connect plus you have to have your own streaming accounts to watch tv...like Netflix, Hulu, etc, get rid of the early check in fee...nobody wants to check into their room at 3pm when their paying that amount of money for one night...need to start check in at noon...

I loved the size of the room and that we had a king sized bed.

I didn’t like that there was a mandatory $100 deposit that I didn’t know about. I couldn’t cancel because it was too late, the front desk person kept trying to tell me that it was listed on here and I never saw it. I didn’t like the fact that we had three dirty wash towels left in the bathroom of the hotel. I also didn’t like that the Wi-Fi was horrible. We kept having to retype the password in because it disappeared every two hours.

Housekeeping Carol, Jasmine, Ms. Phyllis, Chara and Shelia and the evening front clerk. She was very nice and I didn’t want to walk on the floor she just mopped. The owner are very nice people. 2 other of the Staff I really didn’t care for one was James the other girl I don’t know her name. The positive people made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely come.

James and the other girls horrible. The favor each other and the mean comes in hungover all the time.

The staff were super friendly and nice. The room was nice. The location is great for just passing through with a few eateries in walking distance. I do recommend the place overall.

I think the only thing I was a bit disappointed in was the breakfast. There was not much to choose from. Would have liked something more - bread perhaps to make toast. But the waffles are good - just not what I would have liked.

This was a great location quiet and close to the mall. Right in the center of the “Fort Bragg” Fayetteville NC area. I came to see my son in the e Army. Clean linen nice great hard-working staff supplied me everything and even more. I also met the owners a beautiful young couple they made sure everything was top-tier. Thank You!!

From St. Louis Missouri came to see sons graduating ceremony in Army. The staff was great. Cleans towels clean room very big and spacious. The maintenance guy was exceptional I seen him working day and night. My daughter needed clothes she was able to grab some due to the fact it was close to the mall so we made it on time… Great Location!!!

Great location right in front of the mall. A couple delicious foods spots like steak houses, Japanese food and a couple great burger spots as well we enjoyed our over all stay son is in the Army so will be back soon!!!

Very clean

My deposit was taken because I got sick and threw up I have really bad acid reflux so I’m not sure why I didn’t get my 100 dollar deposit back I could understand if they took part but to take my whole deposit it’s just ridiculous

Everything was great staff was awesome. Especially Mrs Dot and Kisha the housekeepers.

I didn't like that I didn't get service until I asked for things. So I can do it myself, don't know if that what is still required.
