Embassy Suites by Hilton Greensboro Airport

The employees were super nice. I enjoyed the breakfast and complementary evening reception. The lobby areas were nice.

The rooms are super dated and unclean. The carpet had stains, the lamp shade had stains. The window seal was broke and quite dirty. The bathroom shower disgusting. Hair and marks all over the shower. The water was scolding hot. The bathroom it shelf was semi clean. The couch had stains. The room had an odd smell. I was very disappointed seeing this was an Embassy Suites. I didn’t say anything to management because we had adjourning rooms with family members, and didn’t want to have to move to another room.

I loved the atmosphere. Lounging area seemed a bit outdated but I didn’t mind at all! Our room was VERY clean, definitely worth the price. I was comfortable and felt welcomed for sure. Definitely plan on staying again soon!

The tub was actually a little gross, no mildew or anything just needed a good scrub down. The couch bed was a bit dated so could definitely use an upgrade on that at least. Not the property itself but the area around it is VERY dark I was a little afraid to go out and grab food, could definitely use more street lights.

I like the size. Had a king bed suite. The breakfast bar was nice. Had a make your own omelet chef there. When i checked in the hotel. the receptionist was very polite and courtesy. He gave a complimentary coupon for two free drinks during their daily open refreshment section. The soda machine was free 24 hours with hot coffee or tea.. the room was clean. There are no issues with my room or stay. .

The 10.00 per night for parking.

The reception staff was excellent. The happy hour was great. My flight was very early so I missed the breakfast. I used a long term parking company that used the hotel's parking lot as the long term parking location for my car. I chose this hotel to stay at because of this long-term parking connection. Besides the costs this was an excellent experience.

Great breakfast and the size of the room. The breakfast staff did a great job keeping up with refilling the breakfast items.

The hotel needs to be updated and appears to have a great deal of wear and tear.The air-conditioning system did not work properly. The room was warm and stuffy even though the thermostat was set at 60. The breakfast area could use another waffle maker. One simply doesn't accommodate the large number of people staying at the hotel.

I love that they have an inside pool. It was super cold but eventually someone went and told the pool guy and he turned the temperature up some and it worked out.

I didn’t like that when I first checked in they charged an incidental fee and about 15 minutes later they charged another one. I went to the front desk and the lady told me some Ry weird was going on but that it would fall off. Also I tried to see if I could check out at 22 instead of 11 and it was a solid “unfortunately I can’t” so irritating. These hotels barely want you to check in on time but have to be out at 11 am.

The rooms were great sized and very well equipped. The beds and pull out were comfy and there was enough floor space for two play pens for baby sleep. The lobby was beautiful and the waterfall was peaceful as well

There are only two small elevators and while the view was open and beautiful, they were too small and it stayed very congested with long waits. The carpet in the room was also dirty. My babies feet were black within minutes.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, The beds slept well, Interior was dated but still nice. The pool was relaxing. The location was centered around exterior amenities.

Staff at the front desk the morning of our check out was rude. you could tell she had a bad morning, because she was taking it out on others.

Old, somewhat run down, room needed a few repairs, restaurant closed, breakfast only ran til 9. We were concerned when we arrived to check in because there were tons of police. Turns out, they hauled off someone with a gun (of course that’s not the hotels fault. I’m sure the situation was handled swiftly and safely). Almost didn’t stay. 😀

I was giving another room on top floor much better no noise comfy bed? Got to go swimming l to myself by appt had a nice breakfast an all that . An staff was friendly an funny. My mom really enjoyed her stay as well we had a good night sleep as well an that was the main thing to get rest an rest is what we did . But I'm going to blame u guys if I gain my weight back.. ALL THAT SOUTHERN FOOD WAS Great

1st room looked like they where stealing furniture from this room it was so no replacement just an empty whole. Lights sent out but where fixed very faced but tv was out for serial hours so Thank God I had ny phone.
