Large, apartment-style room, full fridge, seemed clean, MOSTLY quiet.

Aside from the crazy dude screaming obscenities, and racial slurs for no apparent reason? Had trouble connecting my HDMI cable to the TV due to it being wall mounted, and it didn't work when I finally got it in. No true crime networks in their cable package either.

Very accommodating on arrival time, room had full kitchen and everything seemed modernized.

Maybe someone didn't vacuum good enough I seen couple raisins with some dust in a spot but overall everything else was jus fine and clean, people miss things when cleaning at times and it didn't bother me

The need of a key card to access the courtyard which was the entry to all the rooms. Felt very secure.

Maybe there could be a soap dish in the bathroom. Bar soap was supplied but nowhere to put it once you opened and used it.

The feel of an apartment rather than a hotel. The location.

Floors were not clean. The back door was dirty.

Gym equipment was not functioning, cleaning woman knocked on the door & entered while I was still in bed (checkout was 11am, but woman entered around 9am).

I loved the location and the privacy . Everything was super clean. Nice property and prices were great. I got there late and was super satisfied with how everything was set up and was so organized. I felt welcome.

I didn’t like that the bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress and pillows were to hard. Comfortable beds are so important to my get aways. I was also disappointed that the TV’s were older models. Last thing was no ice on the property.

The staff was exceptional. Everyone. They all had smiling faces and pleasant dispositions. I felt welcome and at ease. The accommodations were perfect for my kids and me. The rooms are spacious and clean with well cared for appliances. I will definitely be back.

The bed was a little firm and the pillows slightly lumpy.

Great location! Clean room, quiet, good value for the stay and we love that there is a kitchen! All I need now is a hand-held in the shower so I can spray the curtains after we shower. We stay here whenever we're in this area. Overall, we're very happy with the place.

We had to clean under the mattress of the pullout because we saw crumbs and other little trash when putting on the sheets. We missed where the website says we have to ask for extra sheets, even though we indicated there were 4 people checking in. We didn't get extra pillows but there were 4 on the king bed so that worked out fine.

I love everything. I was worried because I did check in on the phone seance I wasn’t be on time. I thought I was going to find something that I do not like so I bring a bunch of stuff and cleaning supplies. Let me tell you everything was perfect and Clean. I’m very happy and definitely will stay here again ❤️

Excellent service from the front desk and the cleaning staff. Quiet, respectful neighbors and clientele. Huge rooms, very good for an extended stay.

I suppose it's location isn't ideal, but I'm not sure that's the point with a place like this. It's safe, clean, and reasonably priced. It's not it's fault you're in Mooresville.
