We did not eat breakfast but would have liked to have coffee available later in the morning. With Cracker Barrel so close we usually take advantage of their breakfast fare. We have been staying with you for the past 4 years when we leave Richmond and are making the return trip home.

There is nothing that we do not like. Those behind the desk are the greatest and always are so friendly and seem to be glad that we are there. We cannot imagine staying any where else. We have never been disappointed and are always treated like "best friends".

The reception check in was easy & friendly. Additionally, the breakfast the next day was equally as friendly with hot prepared foods. The rooms were clean and hot showers. This hotel accepts dogs, which was perfect for our little lady.

I am content with the hotel. There was not a negative aspect.

Pet friendly. Easy walk to Cracker Barrel restaurant. Easy off/on to interstate. Quiet. Room very clean. Bed comfortable. TV remote, shower, air conditioner, all very user friendly! Reasonably priced.

Stayed here one night in June and one night in October. Pool not repaired. (However we don’t usually use a pool so no problem for us!)

Friendly staff, very quiet, close to restaurants . Love the fact that my room had no carpet, I'm sure it's due to being pet friendly.

The floor could have been a little cleaner and the shower still has hair in it. Overall the room was in great shape.

Very quiet. Literally the quietest motel I have been at in a long time Blackout window shades actually worked (they ran in a track that really blocked outside light.

Breakfast was only ok. Only sweetened cereal. But it was fine.

Took pets. Clean spacious room with comfortable bed. Roomy bathroom shower. Located convenient to I95 in a cluster of motels and Cracker Barrel. Nice breakfast beverages and self serve food. We would definitely stay there again.

Staff was great, friendly and accommodating. The room had everything one needed. The only thing that could stand some improvement is the toilet paper and tissues. Definitely needs an upgrade lol.

We left early and missed breakfast but our short stay was wonderful primarily because of the friendliness and helpfulness of the employee who checked us in!

The lobby / breakfast area was very well designed, with nice seating areas. It was also very clean. Very easy access to highway, food & gas. It was a good value.

Room smelled liked it needed to be aired out, ice machine not working.

Pet friendly and room available after 13 hours of travel. Many restaurants nearby. Hotel just remodeled and renovated. Very clean.

Coffee was cold when we got to hotel at 930 PM and still cold at 5AM? This should be kept hot at all times for night owls and early birds. Staff should not be on personal cell phones while at work.
