Cottages and Suites at River Landing0

Space and accommodations for the number of occupants. Breakfast included.

Had to drive to main building to get breakfast about 1.5 miles away (maybe consider doing a breakfast site in the clubhouse too). The main bathroom tub had a very very slow drain (luckily there was another shower). Contacted Inn representatives to inform them but not sure if they were going to send someone to fix. Adjacent facilities: tennis and basketball courts, pools, golf course were not included as amenities.

River Landing is this beautiful gem set in a small town that I had no idea it was there. We just wanted to stay overnight to go to the Duplin Winery to attend wine tasting, dinner & show. Due to many wedding events in the area that weekend, we had difficulty booking a hotel reservation. I found river Landing through booking.com and thought it was another hotel. To my surprise and complete satisfaction, found that it was cottage suites within a beautiful golf course community. It was spacious, clean, had a beautiful view and very private. We plan on returning again as a little get away. Keep up the outstanding services you provide here.

Breakfast was fine, location was fine. The room I booked for my wife and I stated double room with kitchenette, I also booked a room for my son and his wife, neither room had the kitchenette as stated in the booking and the pictures,,.

They could have explained to me the room situation better at the front desk. it was a bit confusing how to get to the room, not being from there and not knowing it was on a golf resort. the booking didn't give that address.

Very peaceful the balcony was very nice the view of the manicured golf course was just beautiful. We don’t even golf. It’s close to Duplin Winery and the Mad Boar restaurant which is really good and casual and has a great friendly vibe.

Shower. Loved the size but needs more pressure and a handheld maybe a few more shower heads

Info on website indicated free breakfast included but did not specify driving to holiday inn 2 miles away to pick up No info was provided regarding checking location , where to get breakfast or ice and none of that provided by hotel upon arrival. Had to call several times for info Drove in late at night with not much light so hard to find. Upon arrival at cottage - live roach running around. Yikes! After taking care of that all ok.

Stayed at one of the suites in a cottage. It was incredibly clean, well planned out and very comfortable. Lots of space with great views of the golf course. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms ac was off when we got there. There were bugs in the room . No ice machine for the guest.

the water pressure kept stopping in the middle of the shower time. had a hard time adjusting the heat temperature.

Room had no lamps in the main room. A touch stark for a room that cost over $200 a night. But that said it’s a perfect location for playing the golf course.

Breakfast too early and too far from cottage, but I was pleased that there was complimentary sustenance to compensate for the inconvenience.

Didn't like the big split in my door that allowed me to see daylight through it. I didn't like the noisy a/c and heating units outside my window that kept me awake in the beautiful quiet setting.
