Next to the freeway, kids liked the pool and the Mexican restaurant next door.

We stayed here twice. The first time was a better experience. The second time we stayed, there was dirt and hair in our shower, the TV didn’t work and no one came to fix it. At $170 for the night and having a positive experience after our first stay here, I had higher expectations.

Their pool has a water slide!! The kids loved it. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were so friendly. The room was large and comfortable. The location is near the Jamestown Buffalo Museum and FREE old western town. So much fun to explore for a couple hours. Took some pictures with the world's largest buffalo statue too.

could use some finer touches. the room appeared clean but a bit worn. bathroom caulking was uneven and some grout lines weren’t even filled.

The hotel was relatively close to the highway we were traveling on. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the Whirlpool in the Pool area. The water was good and warm, and relaxed the body's reaction to the restrictions of traveling with not enough stretch stops. The room was clean and the air conditioning was able to keep the room comfortable through the evening and night. The breakfast was a charmer too. Order, pick up at the restaurant area, and either take it along, back to the room or in the breakfast area.

We found the entry to the whirlpool a little clumsy. Being in our 70s, didn't make having the entry close to a flat wall convenient. And exiting was more difficult than entering. But with the help of other guests, my wife was able to get out of the whirl pool. Having sufficient towels to dry down after the time in the whirl pool was a PLUS in convenience. We also noted that the walkways were beginning to settle away from the foundation of the entryways, making it a bit clumsy to get luggage in and out of the facility.

The staff were very friendly. We got to this hotel in the middle of the night and the desk clerk was very helpful. In the morning a staff offered to help me carry our breakfast to our room and then let us extend our stay an hour. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Breakfast was good but not well stocked. We had to ask someone to refill many things. Attention to this detail was kind of weird.

Monitor the brakfast better.

Staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. There was so much to do like swim, hot tub a restaurant on the property with excellent food. Great location.

The breakfast was good and they had a good lounge area. The pool was nice. Big TV in room and recliner was very comfortable!

Hot tub was dirty it was gross! Bed wasn't comfortable.

The breakfast was good and I enjoyed eating with other people and not in isolation. I loved the two meals that were served; one for dinner and one for lunch. You have an excellent chef. The room was excellent and I had a good night's sleep but my friend did snore but that is something you put up with when you share a room. I loved the bed and the quietness of the evening.

Location was perfect for our needs. The pool area and waterslide were a great end to a hot day. Many restaurants within walking distance, as well as the mall and movie theater. Right off the interstate for those just passing through.

Lounge offered hot breakfast, even though kids could not sit within to eat.
