Rooms are clean and there is good space for two people in a double room. It is one block from the main road through town, which makes it quiet, yet an easy walk to the restaurants, shops and other tourist attractions in town. Healthy breakfast options. The facility is well maintained. The indoor pool looks to be an excellent option. Breakfast was included, which was important because we did not see breakfast being served anywhere in town (we were there the week before Memorial Day). In light of the very limited accommodations in Medora, we were pleased with our choice.

This hotel is an older facility. All things considered, it is overpriced because of a lack of other options in a very small town. It is not a higher quality hotel with value that matches the high price per night for two adults traveling without kids who did not use the pool.

Excellent location just minutes outside the South Unit of Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Very close to several restaurants and a well-stocked general store.

We had a one-bedroom suite with a door in between bedroom and living area with sofa bed. The doors had large windows and should be solid! We hung bedcovers over the doors to ensure privacy. The lobby area has a serious roofing issue. There was an overnight thunderstorm, and when we came down for breakfast there were towels and buckets all over the lobby area. The staff said there were leaks from the roof; too much beautiful woodwork for this to continue! We did not have any leaks in our room.

We had a large room, right next to the pool/spa area. It was quiet and convenient. We don't care for air conditioning, especially overnight so were thrilled when we could open the two big windows in our room for fresh air. The spa didn't open til 7 but we were wanting an early start. The manager graciously opened the spa up early so we could get a hot tub session in before we got on the road.

I continue to rail against paper, plastic and styro for breakfast at AmericInn and all hotels in the USA. The mountain of single use waste that goes into one breakfast is unconscionable. We bring our own plates and real silverware but would rather not. There were two staff working the dining area. Surely they could handle the needs of plates and silverware for the guests.

Went to do laundry. Problems with dryer. First load, I went and ask for assistance. Young lady came and got it working. Second load, more problems with dryer. I went to front desk 4 times over an hour. I was told someone would come, but no one showed up. Last time being a little frustrated, ask for manager since no one would come help me. I was told they had some problems with dryer and to bring my clothes to them and they would dry them. I appreciated that. Also suggested a sign that says dryer broken. Everything else was great

The breakfast was adequate, the room was well-appointed, and everything was well-arranged. Breakfast met my expectations. The location of this hotel was one of the best parts. It was close to everything but quiet and parking was very convenient. The air conditioning was relatively quiet but also very effective.

The carpeting looks aged and even dirty. Rooms in this area are expensive and ours was no exception. The rooms were clean but could use some freshening up.

Wish there was more than one pancake maker but was decent everything was always fully stocked. I will for sure be staying again.

The water from the shower ran all over the bathroom floor. It needs to have a bit more of an angle to drain into the shower drain. Rooms were spendy.

Enjoyed having 2 rooms for 2 days. We stayed in the king 1 bedroom suite. It had a full kitchen and a TV in the living area and the bedroom.

The glass door to the bedroom allows light into the bedroom if someone stays up late or gets up really early. Limited access to stairs from room 245 at the end of the hall in the back of the hotel. . . it is only on the second floor!

Room was much bigger than I expected as we were expecting a standard sized room. Breakfast was really good with a variety of options. Very nice location and within walking distance of dining and attractions.

Enforcement of pool times for when kids should be out of pool could be nice. Maybe some larger cup sizes for coffee at breakfast. Really no true complaints. Had a great stay and room was very nice.

Everything was fine.

We were given a room on the second floor so had to use the elevator, which was far from both the lobby and our room. The price was double what we paid for other very nice hotels on this trip, and while it was fine, it was certainly not worth that much more.

We left early before breakfast was opened due to the weather conditions that was forecasted. I would recommend that you have a self serve coffee maker for those who have to check out early at 4:30 am. We noticed another group of bow hunters leaving the hotel as we did. We found them at the local gas station getting coffee and breakfast butter croissant sandwiches. This gas station/ general store was open at 4 :00 am in the morning. They were a warm welcome sight! The nearest McDonald’s was a hundred miles in Montana.

We couldn’t get the shower to work other wise it would be our suggestion given the oddity of the faucet that you have, provide a set of directions because we have experienced shower systems.
