It was close to the major roads in and out of the area. It is a well designed hotel. The check in staff were friendly.

The property was fine apart from the fact that when I booked I specifically chose a hotel with a pool. The pool has not been in operation for months. No advice was sent to us that the pool was not in operation. When I asked the staff about it on 2 occasions I was fobbed off with it is what it is. No consideration was given by the staff to make any adjustment to us for the fact that the pool was not in operation. Have they even bothered to let Bookings.com know that the pool is not in operation?????

Very nice, spacious room. Very good rate through booking.com, after arrival, figured out the reason why more than likely was so cheap

Pool was "indefinitely" closed. Elevator was out of order so we had to go to either end of the property and use the stairs. I was charged $5 extra for my "complimentary" breakfast?? Had a nice stay but these are important aspects to some peoples travels.

The nice lady at front desk upgraded us to a 2 bed room at no extra charge. We truly appreciate this.

The pool is not working and hasn't been for months now! We were there in May and it was not working. Not even water in it! Looks like it's not being fixed!

Wifi was ok but to slow to watch movies, when I stayed all the power in the town went out. This caused the hotel rooms to be dark and cold. Hotel should have a back up generator. The parking lot got plowed right away from the blizzard. 1 big reason I stayed here.

Great location, nice breakfast, friendly staff and a awesome warm swimming pool that our grandkids enjoyed during our stay. Will stay there again next time I'm in Williston.

Never had any housekeeping in our room during our 4 day stay.

The young lady desk clerk was most helpful in the morning when we were having breakfast. She accommodated us when items were not on hand. The overall comfort, and friendliness was a plus. The Hotel gave us everything we needed. towels, bedding, trash bags, etc.etc.etc. When we checked though... in the wee hours, a young male clerk did not seem too friendly by welcoming us and making us feel at home. Instead he seemed in wonderment of our skin tone, and attire as though we had no business in the building. He seemed very taken aback when I told him we are here to check in. I felt he was racist. Your employees must understand, that travelers, such as us, if we look different, drove 19 hours to Williston, and to not expect us to look like a million bucks.

Upon checking in, I did not feel welcomed by the young desk clerk. I think he was on the heavy side, and was redhaired. He seemed racist. He did not seem to welcoming, no smile, and did not speak much.

Location. Cleanliness.

I stayed four nights. No maid service was offered such as change of toweling, bed sheets, soaps, etc.

Clean, large room. Great price. Quiet. Great breakfast.

TV was set up so that you could only change channels when standing right next to the unit. When we arrived the staff on duty was sleeping and less than helpful. Used guest laundry which did not work. Unable to get refund due to it being a 3rd party service.

The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. I liked that the breakfast had something different everyday and it was all good. I really liked the strawberry and cream cheese stuffed french toast.

The box that controls the TV is hidden behind the TV. The remote only worked if I would hold it directly under the TV pointing up.
