Hampton Inn & Suites Springboro

Loved the accessibility and comfort of the room. Everything was clean and well maintained. All staff polite and helpful. Amazing breakfast omelet! AC worked AMAZINGLY!

Only thing we didn't like was that the door for where dogs go out to potty you could go out but not go back in and had to go back to front of building.

The staff we did interact with were very friendly. The hotel overall was clean. Breakfast was very good and the pool was enjoyable. Comfortable beds. I like the location, too. Every necessity is within walking distance and the area is pretty quiet. I would definitely stay again.

The design of the bathroom sink is terrible. Having a faucet in the corner makes a huge mess of water, especially if you are a person with large hands. This isn't so much a complaint for me as a customer, but for the poor staff who work hard to have to clean up after guests. Something to consider changing and adding to the budget. I also didn't like that housekeeping never visited our room. We nearly ran out of soap and shampoo and were only here two nights. Aside from that everything was great.

The breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. And even though there were numerous sports teams that night, we did not hear them.

In an accessible room the toilet should be the taller one. It makes a HUGE difference. The faucet that is in the corner of the sink is too close to the edge of the sink. It's difficult to wash your hands. There was a lot of traffic noise.

The whole staff was wonderful!! Jenny is just the sweetest and made sure breakfast was excellent for everyone!! The location was nice with lots of food choices. Will definitely stay here again!

Only 1 elevator was working but not that big of deal.

A member of the staff was very helpful. I do not have GPS and I had difficulty finding the motel. Logan was able to give me directions on surface roads to the motel. The floor was quiet, even though my room was next to the pantry.

Room clean, neat and comfortable. Glad a microwave, fridge and other amenities were available. Breakfast was good and several choices available. Easy access to room--loved that!!!!

I wish staff would not be so edgy when questions are asked. Sometimes a visitor feels they take personal offence. They may know and think guests know the answers, but we don't always. Smile, be friendly and answer the questions. That's what they're there for.

The location was perfect, everything was very close. they also has baseball tourny going on that weekend and hotel was full but you could never hear anyone. it was perect

the pool was alittle wore out and strong oder but was swimable. the floor was very very slippery when wet

The hotel was clean the staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice was in a great location to all the places we wanted to visit.

That the pool was not as warm as I would liked but it was still ok and the pool area was very clean.

The room and hotel in general were very clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly.

The faucet on the sink was oddly placed off to the side, which made it difficult to brush teeth, wash hands, etc without knocking into the side of the sink or getting water everywhere.

The room was beautiful, bc of the low occupancy we had access to the pool whenever we wanted and we were the only ones there, which was amazing for my 2 kids.

I know bc of COVID the breakfast was closed. They had fruit and bottled water I think. But I wish they had done something extra. Cereal containers? Prepackaged pastries & donuts? containers of milk & juice? Something that could be COVID friendly but still provide some kind of food variety. I ended up door dashing Tim Hortons and Starbucks lol.
