My family and I have stayed at SureStay about this same time every year for 3 years now and the staff has always been very friendly and accommodating to our needs (if any). The rooms are updated and very nice! Location is good, a 5 minute drive to just about anywhere in the city.

Literally the only complaint i have from this stay is that I didn't like how housekeeping left the curtains open after tidying my room during my stay.

Everything was very clean. Well a couple of hairs in the bath floor and shower. But we did not us e the shower.

They had my reservation for Sun - Mon 8th - 9th. My conf. states Sat-Sun th-8th. So they told me they did not have any rooms available. After multiple calls/text to Mgr/Owner, they finally gave me a room, that on their books stated someone was already in there. Noone was in there. It took about 20 minutes to get everything taking care of at the front desk.

The room was exceptionally clean. Well decorated, simple, but very nice and modern.

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything your neighbors say. My toilet seat was broken. However, definitely will not keep me from staying again. I was impressed with the value.

They let me check in early, went above and beyond to make sure it was clean. Nice gazebo sitting area. Shaded well.

Grass was a bit tall behind the gazebo but im not sure that is their land...

it was a nice property easy to get to, easy parking lot.

the floor in the room was dirty. I’ve noticed this about a lot of motel/hotels. I have kids who like to play on the floor. Would be nice if it would be required for the maids to mop real quick when they finish cleaning the room.

The staff was great! A shout out to the cleaning crew! The room clean and updated. They were very helpful.

Breakfast was great! Location was exactly what we were looking for. I didn't love that there was only 1 entrance to the parking lot. That is my only complaint.

The bathroom was very nice, large and very clean. The entire staff, from PM to AM to housekeeping were delightful and very friendly.

The bed pedestal. It was hollow metal and stuck out so that it was kicked when getting in bed and the sound was loud. Was a little pricey for the room, reminded me of a Motel 6 with a few upgrades.

Everything else was fine and the staff was great

They wash cloths need to be changed out they are turning brown looking like they aren't clean

Breakfast was very basic. And the coffee was instant! It was not good.
