Breakfast was good & convinient to start the day.
Upon arrival that first night they didn’t have the reservation for us. We did book through a third party, but we did have all confirmation on paper showing our reservation. That was quite upsetting after a 10 hour drive. Took about any hour to finally get into a room. I really thought a discount should have been given for our inconvenience & lost time. We stayed there for 3 nights

We had a bad experience and the hotel offered a one nite refund. We are still waiting on booking.com for the refund. The manager has contacted booking.com

We were happy to know the breakfast was available considering everything going on; and the young lady that checked us in at the desk was amazing. I wish I remembered her name because she deserves some kudos.
We did go buy a portable fan since the one in the hotel wouldn't stay on through the night. Also we did have some noisy neighbors.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The location was convenient to restaurants. The hotel was quiet, just far enough from the main road to not hear the traffic. The ac was on in the room when we arrived, nice and cool!

We appreciated the precautions and efforts to avoid covid19 problems. The breakfast option worked well, and was good. Staff was exceptional from front desk to cleaning staff. Had problem with our TV service and no one available because weekend but front desk woman asked permission to come in room and was able to resolve it. Both day and night front desk women were especially joyful and helpful and caring. Wish I had their names to get them recognition.
The side entry door lock worked inconsistently. It was the most convenient entry for us but so very inconvenient that twice we had to walk to front entrance. After second time, we started parking up front. Complained about it and was told that they had requested replacement over the past week but because is worked some of the times their request was denied. Really inconvenient when unloading and loading car. Also, once was a late night return and had to walk up front.

Very clean. My wife is German and very picky about cleanliness. Felt very safe. Staff was so nice to us. Eat at rib crib in front of hotel. Also loved Jimmy’s Eggs restaurant.

The only thing I did not like about this Inn was the lack of a real normal breakfast. Quit using COVID as an excuse to provide a regular breakfast!
