Clean, nice tv, close to freeway, restaurants and good value

The bath tun was too slippery, it had a huge stain across the bottom of the tub. The lighted mirror didn't work. Breakfast had no gluten free bread or cereal options and no alternatives to cows milk, like oat milk etc. I am gluten and cows milk sensitive.

The air conditioning was working and was very adequate even in these days over 100 degrees! Everything in the room worked correctly. The breakfasts were good. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The ice machine worked correctly!

More tables are needed in the breakfast area, and the tables need to be cleaned much more often. I prefer to have a chair and ottoman in my room as I have on a previous stay at Holiday Inn Express.

The location was great. I was driving a big truck and there was a nice big area for truck parking. The area around the hotel was neat, clean and well groomed. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel had enough large carts to move luggage. The shower head in the bathroom was fabulous. I had a nice hot shower. The room and halls were immaculate.

The property was well maintained and clean. We traveled with our dog this time around and found this hotel quite accommodating. The property had a large grassy fenced in area for the dog to run around.

Very clean rooms. Beds were comfortable/cushy. Property and building felt safe & secure & was quiet. Breakfast was full of good options. Coffee was hot & good w a few flavored creamers. Easy to find from road

lighting in bathroom was a bit dim for doing make-up &hair, but not too awful; the place so nice everywhere else

Staff was kinda rude but not rude they charged me 100 dollars over the price inhad booked it wasn't supposed to come out until I checked out but they charged me on front end and it was a hold on my acct just want to be sure i wasn't over charged I and my kids were highly DISAPPOINTED THAT THE POOL WASNT OPEN due to covid but the fitness center was open which is a smaller room unlike the pool which is huge the pool could have very well been open the water park in Clinton was open why wasn't the pool at the hotel very very disappointed that the pool was closed my kids where in tears almost because of the pool being closed and the beds where hard instead of soft like normal holiday inn

The breakfast was outstanding. The rooms were clean, and the space was sufficient.

The pool was closed, which was a feature we really liked for our trip. The beds were firm, and the pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. A good balance between the two would have been better.

Front desk agent was very helpful! She readily accommodated my request to upgrade to a room with a couch. I really appreciated her help.

Most liquid Sanitizer dispensers in the property were empty as was a sanitizer wipes dispenser. Hallway carpet on the second floor had big ridges running the entire length of the hall - needs to be replaced. Snack pantry next to front desk was not well-stocked.

Breakfast was great! Kids enjoyed the pool. Shower/tub was large and had great water pressure. Beds were very comfortable.

We have no complaints .

The room was great, the staff was great, but the highlight for our family was the HUGE pool with water park features!
