This a an ultra modern newish hotel in the downtown area of Enid. It was quiet, clean and comfortable.

I traveled all day to arrive and upon arrival was told to come back at 3 pm for check-in. Grant it I was early by two hours, my bad, also the change in time zones put me there earlier than I expected. I was abruptly told that check in was not until 3 pm and I would have to return then. Now I get it, I travel weekly all over the US and stay in hotels 30 plus weeks a year. If the hotel was packed or very small this behavior is understandable. but this is a modest size facility and on the night of my check in there were only a dozen or so cars in the parking lot. In other words not a full house. Poor customer service to one trying the new brand for the first time. Be aware!

This was the perfect location for our sons graduation from Flight school at Vance. The night ball was right next door. We did not know that when we booked. We got in very early and the front staff let us check in early so we could get ready for a 3oclock event. I also loved that this is a hotel that is still cleaning your room when you stay ( if you put a sign out) . I have not experienced this since Pre Covid. Yah Glo

Room was spacious and a/c would get nice and cold. Water was hot but not real good pressure as it is more of a rain head shower.

Breakfast had alot to be desired as a hot meal in my mind. Had a sausage link warming on a hit dog roller some not so fresh bisquets and some gravy.. Don't like that there is not vending machines and they make you have to buy product from them. So therefore the price is inflated. They also go ahead and charge u $50 dollars judt in case u want something from them.. DID NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL! Don't charge me for something I haven't even got yet and in my case would not buy with inflated prices they put on there. Room wasn't real clean. We knew there was a long haired person with black hair as it was stuck to shower walls and in one of our beds..

It was close to the concert. It was easy to find and the parking was free. The front desk was helpful when asked questions about what to do downtown while we waited for the concert.

Breakfast might have been good, we just don’t get up that early, we’re on vacation after all, be nice if it was available for a little bit longer. A bar on site would be great too!

Variety for breakfast. I liked the distinct modern decor, but may not be for everyone. Place was clean.

Parking lot was very limited. It NOT easy in/out. Being so close to downtown streets was NOT good because lots of noise. Lack of sound control means could easily hear traffic the trains. Unless want downtown for events I would have gone with less noisy area.

loved the convenience and the helpfulness of the staff, the sundries and snacks available for purchase, the toiletries in the room (esp make-up remover), and the breakfast looked good although I did not eat. LOVED the free water. also love the microwave and minifrig!!!

didn’t care for the color scheme. not particularly restful. HATED the sliding doors to bathroom. someone coming out of bathroom might bean someone trying to use closet. that seems not well thought out. also, those doors don’t close as adequately. was sharing the room with my mom and didn’t feel I had the privacy I preferred. There could have been some extra lamps and that ottoman that rolled was an accident waiting to happen if you thought it was more securely anchored (which we did).

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the fitness center was great. Additionally, the woman at the desk in the morning was able to accommodate our request for a later check-out and was a genuinely pleasant person.

When we arrived, the young man at the front desk was not very helpful. It could be that he was new to the job or had an anxious personality, but it was difficult dealing with him at check-in.

Property is literally next door to the Stride Bank Center if attending an event there. Walkable to several restaurants and shopping.

price was too reasonable. I kept thinking I was missing something and was being scammed.

Good location, walked to almost everything I needed/wanted to do .

I did not like the $50 dollar charge because I was told it would be refunded upon check out and 4 days after checkout it still hasn’t been refunded back to my card, I also was expecting a walk in shower with glass doors as it was pictured in the description and instead we had a curtain with a tub.

Loved the room, spacious, double sinks in bathroom, quiet, comfortable and complete with anything you may need. Courteous staff.

Breakfast was until 9am and I wished breakfast hours were a little longer.
