Very clean and modern hotel. Everything looks new and fresh. Smelled and looked very clean. The bed felt new and was firm but comfortable. Very satisfied with my stay.

At first I thought they charged me more than the amount on the website, but it turned out it was just a security deposit, and after I checked out, they adjusted the rate to match what I expected. There was a breakfast included, which I enjoyed, but some of the food did not taste good. The sausage tasted like plastic, and the potatoes had a weird vinegar-like taste. But the waffles were delicious. Even though I got to breakfast pretty early, a couple of the juices were out. So... Not a total win on the breakfast, but everything else was good!

Hotel was clean and mostly looked new, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Easy to access on and off highway.

Staff at check-in weren't especially friendly or welcoming (not rude, just seemed disinterested). Floor of shower in room was stained - it was clean but looked old and worn. Rooms and halls smelled overwhelmingly of some sort of air or carpet freshener.

Good location, easy to get to.

The front desk clerk was rude and lazy. I asked for a box of Kleenex for our room , the clerk was sitting down and was doing something on hits phone. He told me I had to wait till housekeeping came at 8 am. This was 6am. I said I would be leaving before then. When I asked for a receipt, I was told that since this was a third party booking , I could not get one, check with booking I was told. I told them I always got a receipt, but it was their policy. The maintenance person said he was in charge and would take the clerk out to the wood shed for his punishment. This was no joking matter, and was disappointed with his response. I will not come back to this hotel if I back in town again.

The rooms were very clean lots of towels the pool was clean and warm very nice the breakfast was awesome lots of food to choose from the staff was so nice there was one bad apple the night girl didn't want to accommodate anything no hot water for tea she had attitude she didn't want to get towels for us for the pool one bad apple can take a business down fast I hope that doesn't happen but over all this hotel was a two thumbs up for sure

The night worker was rude and gave a bad attitude when we asked for something not friendly at all

The front desk women was a bit too stand offish for my liking but was able to help and even asked if I needed any complimentary items before going to my room. The room was beautiful, very quiet. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. Amazing hotel for great prices. If I’m ever in Oklahoma City again I’m staying here. Nice area too, not a lot of traffic driving by which made sleep all the more better.

I liked everything about our stay and the breakfast was good. One of the most comfortable places I have stayed in a while. A nice surprise and a good nights rest.

I can’t think of anything. The pool was good and the fitness center. The only problem I can think of was that the ellipticals weren’t working but the bikes and treadmills were good.

I was surprised, that was breakfast included It wasn't in booking offer. Building was fresh modern remodeled, beds- mattress very comfortable, breakfast area - very very nice looking place.

It took time to check in with price booked on booking.com, because of not experienced young employee

The piece and quite and location was by all the places we wanted to visit.

My reservation was canceled without my knowledge but they did everything to ensure we had somewhere to stay by calling sister hotels. They ended up having a room. I think this is all because I booked through a 3rd party at a lower rate and they wanted to fill at higher rate. What is the point on all these websites if the location does not want to honor them. But after all said and done the hotel was great, clean and friendly staff.

The staff were super friendly. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for both of us and our daughter with her pack n play. Breakfast was tasty. The hotel itself appears very family friendly.

The comforters have a bit of a coarse texture, which is really down to preference.

We will go out of our way to stay at a Hampton Inn. We like their standards and quality. The breakfast was good and the room felt clean, but we doubted it explaining below. Close to grocery stores. I can usually give Hamptons an excellent rating on everything. I gave this one good, but not excellent.

ALL the hand sanitizers were empty throughout the hotel. If you wanted a hand wipe instead they just had them out in a package you would have to open the lid and get one out touching many still there. Check in took quite a while because staff said computers were going slow. Not as friendly staff and clean lobby as other Hamptons. The room was clean but we doubted the room being sanitized as well as usual for Hamptons because we felt the lobby wasn’t and sanitizers were missing.
