We did not eat breakfast. We were not told anything about it. We brought our own food and used the mini fridge. Beds were comfy and clean. Shower was spotless and the shower curtain did NOT smell sour, like most motels. Rooms were quiet, well accessorized, and comfortable for 2 people

The staff person who checked us in was 'cool'; no smile, no welcome, no Thanks or 'let us know if you need anything'. She was very adamant about the extra charges if we smoked or had animals in the room. We did neither of those things. I don't know if she was having a bad day, hates her job or just dislikes People in general. Fortunately, the room was fine and we did not need to interact with her again

Very friendly and helpful desk clerks. Good coffee in the lobby in the morning. Room was neat and clean. Fun streaming selections on the tv. Location was centrally located.

The log furniture looks appropriate for the lodge looking motel, but it was very difficult and very uncomfortable to lean against the bed's headboard to watch tv, especially since there were only 3 pillows for two people in a king sized bed. Also, the housekeeper was very pushy when insisting the Sunday check out was 10am without exception.

Just one of the better motels, example..they have everything in the room you are used to having, like coffee makers , blow dryer, microwave and fridge, a good shower with a tub. It's our favorite place to stay.

Most places let you stay longer in the morning You have to leave at 10 am here and you can't check in until 3pm so it's a lot of money for not a lot of time.

A clean comfortable room with a great décor. Easy accessibility. Centrally located to all major restaurants. Helpful staff. Great shower controls.

Place was understaffed and the receptionist was also the go to person for everything. Don't like bathrooms that have a handbasin outside the bathroom.

The property was very nice and clean

we were in a queen room had a table with one chair. There needs to be two chairs in the room so that we can sit at the table and play a game or eat a meal. We had to use a lawnchair, which was very uncomfortable.

I wish the window would’ve had a second curtain on it… It either was a blackout curtain or everybody upstairs could walk by and see right in my room. I would’ve loved to been able to kerp the window open with fresh air, but not had a blackout curtain.

Breakfast was pretty poor I thought, cold stuff was out 24hr/day same oatmeal, cereal etc. nothing fresh, nothing hot.

They could have asked if I wanted any room service. I didn't ask for any and there wasn't any room service over 7 nights but they could have at least asked if I wanted fresh linens, trash emptied, room tidied.

Staff went above and beyond

Booking dot com *** has software that is not seamless with motel staff. Failure to respond to reservations in queue to prevent overbooking. Look at improving communication with email and follow up to confirm bookings.*** Please look into the system to protect guests from being put out.

Location, clean, quiet place and bedrooms were nice.

I was not able to get fresh towels right then and there at the office. I had to wait until housekeeping got on premises.

Loved the log cabin wood appearance, which gave the motel and our room a cozy feeling.

No place to sit and eat for breakfast. Had to take food back to the room instead. Breakfast itself was fine.
