The Atmosphere was very friendly and exceptional!!! The crew in the Bistro Tiffany, and the other 2 ladies (1 was a younger gal, and the other older and worked the bar) were especially outgoing and made my husband and I feel very welcomed. The front desk was amazing too. The Beds are Amazingly soft, and the pillows to die for. I always bring my pillows because the places we have stayed out aren't soft enough, but I unfortunately forgot mine this time, but I was extremely excited about these pillows. The breakfasts were amazing and different each of the 4 mornings. They did a social get together with a free appetizer and a drink choice of soda, beer, wine, or a mixed drink. The pool, spa, and workout room Ama ING too! They have a guest laundry area to wash your clothes, but I didn't check that out. Nease's

No, Vent Fans in the bathrooms in the room.

Great room, big bathroom, lots of lighting, walk-in shower and plenty of grab bars. They had sent me a message offering to upgrade my room, but I requested an Acessible room on the first floor, and that's what I got.

That I decided to eat in their bistro restaurant and waited almost an hour for my sandwich. The waitress apologized and said the chef had burned the bacon. Well, the sandwich bun was burned in places, and there was no dressing on it, either. I decided not to eat breakfast there in the morning. And their Marketplace shelves were bare except for gum and shampoo! I was told their supplies had not arrived. However, there were lots of sodas and wine in the cooler, just no snacks.

Clean, quiet, spacious. Little cafe/bar is nice to grab a quick bite or drink. Cookies at check in. Very welcoming. Real coffee mugs in the room.

Our ac/heat unit was broken but when notified staff had someone up and it was promptly fixed. My bed was very comfy but when getting in or out I felt like I was falling off- upon inspection turns out that side of the bed was tore up with exposed foam and inside of mattress material visible. But it was clean and super comfy. 🤷‍♀️

Quite frankly, the breakfast in hotels is rarely as good as a home-cooked breakfast. I’ve come to the conclusion that no hotel will ever rise to occasion to make a good breakfast. At best, hotel breakfasts are tolerable. Yet on a positive note I was grateful that Oxford Suites gave me a room with a city view (as opposed to a freeway view) when I asked for it, and they did so without a surcharge. Thank you Oxford Suites, I’ll be back!

The Pendleton Oxford Suites was by far one of the nicest, best equipped motel we've stayed in. We realize it is a small chain, but wish they were located more places. That's all we'd stay in. Most of all.. the breakfast was outstanding. We liked the breakfast served by the staff rather than everyone swarming around the breakfast area helping themselves. It may sound petty, but it is more sanitary.

The facility was in a good location for us, close to town and to the Highway.

We were assigned a room that was on the Highway side, so very noisy! The hotel was not full, so we mentioned the noise issue. We were advised that because we booked through a third party we were assigned that room but could have had an upgrade for $10 to the “more quiet side”, however we’re not told that on arriving.

Breakfast was ok. Nothing cold to drink except milk. Would have liked some fruit. I did like the room and the bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet and the staff were great.

I wasn't told of the $20 hold on my credit card. The bistro wasn't open. The pool wasn't clean enough to swim in, in my opinion.

The room was large and pleasant, with a couch and some separation from the beds. Breakfast was above average in that hot foods were served "in person"; but unexceptional baked goods in sealed rappers--pretty dull--and no yoghurt. The bed was medium in firmness but comfortable, adequate to avoid backache. The multiple pillows were the best ever. The bathroom was unusually small, triangular in shape and cramped but satisfactory. The shower was pleasant. The air conditioner was excellent, not noisy like many in other motels we stopped in. This is a newer property and also had adequate light supply in the room and nice clean carpeting. it is about 6 or 7 minutes from downtown Pendleton and there are many nice restaurants on the same street.

Only a few issues: we had to pay a ten dollar upgrade charge to be put on the parking lot side of the building, for less noise. **The bed had just one thin blanket which only went 3/4s of the way up. A cold night! ....Why....**

We were only given a very noisy room facing the freeway, but were easily changed to a quiet room across the hall. Nice social hour in the evening with snacks and beverage. Left too early in the morning to have the breakfast.

The refrigerator was VERY small and did not have shelves to place food properly. No freezer door, but that did not harm our food.

Seems like a homeless camp nearby, shady characters checking out the parking lot at various times. A few things in need of repair (hot tub jet switch for example) Breakfast was an odd experience IMO. Taste of food so so and would have preferred self service
