Clarion Inn Pittsburgh Cranberry

The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I liked the way the room was set up with a couch, coffee table, desk, dressers, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker

The check in staff wasn't super friendly. Not that she was rude, but she never made eye contact with me and did not smile at all during our interaction. Also, I was really looking forward to taking a bath, but the drain stopper was not working and I could not fill up the tub. Also, where the fixtures attached to the shower walls, like the spigot and towel holder were caked with gook and it was a little gross to see. The vent in the bathroom was also very dusty. I am a housekeeper, so I tend to really notice things like this.

I stay at a lot of hotels, from 2 stars to 5, but this was my first Clarion. This place was excellent. I had stayed at a super high priced Hilton a few nights before and this Clarion Inn was night and day better. Clean, comfortable, convenient, economical and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be trying out other Clarions. If they are all like this, Clarion will become my hotel of choice. Thanks.

This place was excellent. Especially Joan(not Jo Anne). She was very friendly and made the check in process easy. Very friendly and great at her job. I was also your first customer at the bar on it's first night open Thursday August 3rd. Ordered a Bud Light. The breakfast was pretty good too.

Good stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, included breakfast, seemless check in process. Nice mid-level hotel. Not a new hotel, but no complaints about the upkeep. Minor things you would expect at this level...maybe a loose fixture or two, bit very clean and comfortable.

Nothing, overall very good at this price point

Continental breakfast was good. There was ample room in the dining area. Coffee was ok, would recommend switching to a different brand.

As mentioned above, we were across from the laundry facilities and could hear the staff talking in the hallway while we still trying to sleep.

Very nice. Staff pleasant. Check-in/out fast. Room clean. Location is easy to get to with plenty of parking. Restaurants within walking distance. Bed and pillows are comfortable, as was the couch in the room. Breakfast was great, eggs, sausage, pastries, waffles, etc. I would definitely recommend.

The staff was very friendly. Asked for extra bath towels to housekeeping in the hall she gave them to me right away no question. Also needed toothpaste once again no question. Ask directions at the desk no problem,

A better breakfast like maybe donuts and danish instead of muffins every day. All in all, I understand the difficult time we are in so will excuse that. Coffee good could have been a little hotter also the hot water for tea, Price good, and location for our needs. Nice staff all in all. Many places to eat close by.

We booked this room along the route for our drive from Ann Arbor, Michigan to Asbury Park, New Jersey. We had to check in around 12:30 AM to crash for a few hours along the way because my girlfriend and I both worked late the day of our departure. The front desk service was incredible considering the time of day and the staff member, upon learning that we would be leaving at 5:30 AM the following morning, even mentioned that she would try to get breakfast started early for us. We experienced nothing short of perfect customer service the entire time we were there. Great facilities. Great service. Great choice.

While getting something out of my backpack in the living room area of our room, my foot found a stray pecan nut under the couch. The only complaint I can muster is that perhaps the cleaning staff could check under the couch for stray nuts. Otherwise, our stay was fantastic.

Great location and the night staff was very accommodating when we asked to switch rooms because we were not initially planning for our son to be there. Also that mattress on the bed was like heaven; I would put money on it that is is more comfortable than that new $8000 Serta bed.

The stopper in the bath tub didn’t work

The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the there was a nice variety of food at the breakfast. I am a light sleeper, and I was provided with a quiet room away from the elevators and ice machines.

Everything was just as I had hoped.
